Njoftimi:<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 21.10.2024, rreth or\u00ebs 16:50, u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasi Skerdi Lozi, i dat\u00eblindjes 06.12.1998, lindur dhe banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, rruga \u201c4 D\u00ebshmor\u00ebt\u201d, banes\u00eb nr.1\/1, i pa d\u00ebnuar m\u00eb par\u00eb. Arrestimi u krye p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb \u201cDrejtimi i mjetit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt\u201d (nen ndikimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike) dhe \u201cKund\u00ebrshtim i punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb rendit publik\u201d, t\u00eb parashikuara nga nenet 291 dhe 236 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Rrethanat e ngjarjes:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb 21.10.2024, rreth or\u00ebs 12:10, n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cAsim Vokshi\u201d, pran\u00eb kryq\u00ebzimit t\u00eb \u201cDon Boskos\u201d, shtetasi Skerdi Lozi duke drejtuar nj\u00eb automjet tip \u201cBenz\u201d me targa AB908ON, nuk respektoi urdhrin e nj\u00eb punonj\u00ebsi t\u00eb policis\u00eb rrugore p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar, duke vijuar l\u00ebvizjen. Punonj\u00ebsi i policis\u00eb rrugore, Xhuliano Spahiu, i cili po menaxhonte trafikun, kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb sinjal t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr ndalimin e mjeteve q\u00eb vinin nga rruga \u201cDon Bosko\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb reduktuar fluksin e l\u00ebvizjes. Automjeti i drejtuar nga shtetasi Lozi nuk e respektoi k\u00ebt\u00eb sinjal dhe vijoi l\u00ebvizjen.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj, punonj\u00ebsi i policis\u00eb e fotografoi mjetin dhe gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij momenti drejtuesi i automjetit doli nga makina, filloi t\u00eb ofendonte dhe t\u00eb shtynte punonj\u00ebsin e policis\u00eb. Ai u neutralizua dhe u shoq\u00ebrua n\u00eb Komisariatin e Policis\u00eb nr. 3. Gjat\u00eb kontrollit, rezultoi se shtetasi Lozi drejtonte mjetin n\u00ebn ndikimin e substancave narkotike, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht amfetamin\u00ebs dhe kokain\u00ebs.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
