Operacioni, i koduar &#8220;Minoreni&#8221;, u organizua pas nj\u00eb informacioni nga Interpol Tirana dhe rezultoi n\u00eb gjetjen e adoleshentit n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu, u proceduan n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb dy persona t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me rastin p\u00ebr veprat penale t\u00eb prodhimit dhe mbajtjes s\u00eb arm\u00ebve pa leje, si dhe p\u00ebrfshehje t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave dhe kontraband\u00eb. \u00c7\u00ebshtja po hetohet nga Prokuroria e Shkodr\u00ebs p\u00ebr zbardhjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb situat\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Njoftimi i policise<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mbanin me forc\u00eb nj\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb mitur 16-vje\u00e7ar, nga Afganistani (i dyshuar i trafikuar), p\u00ebr ta shfryt\u00ebzuar p\u00ebr pun\u00eb, Policia v\u00eb n\u00eb pranga nj\u00eb 18-vje\u00e7ar dhe shpall n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim v\u00ebllan\u00eb e tij. Gjithashtu, procedohen n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb v\u00ebllai tjet\u00ebr dhe babai i k\u00ebtyre shtetasve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb servis, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri automatik, nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb imituese zhurme, nj\u00eb arm\u00eb sportive pneumatike dhe municion luftarak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Specialist\u00ebt e Seksionit p\u00ebr Hetimin e Trafiqeve t\u00eb Paligjshme, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Forc\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me \u201cShqiponja\u201d, pas informacionit t\u00eb marr\u00eb nga Interpol Tirana, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb minoren nga Afganistani, q\u00eb mbahej me forc\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb servis n\u00eb fshatin Berdic\u00eb e Mesme, kan\u00eb organizuar dhe finalizuar operacionin policor t\u00eb koduar \u201cMinoreni\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb operacionit u b\u00eb e mundur gjetja e minorenit, n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb mir\u00eb sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjithashtu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-u arrestua n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb shtetasi A. P., 18 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb fshatin Berdic\u00eb e Mesme, Shkod\u00ebr, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cProdhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe municionit\u201d;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-u shpall n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim shtetasi K. P., 33 vje\u00e7 (v\u00ebllai i 18-vje\u00e7arit t\u00eb arrestuar) banues n\u00eb fshatin B\u00ebrdic\u00eb, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cTrafikim i t\u00eb miturve\u201d;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">-u proceduan n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb lir\u00eb shtetasit L. P., 31 vje\u00e7 dhe A. P., 57 vje\u00e7 (v\u00ebllai tjet\u00ebr dhe babai i 18-vje\u00e7arit t\u00eb arrestuar), t\u00eb dy banues n\u00eb fshatin Berdic\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cProdhimi dhe mbajtja pa leje e arm\u00ebve, arm\u00ebve shp\u00ebrthyese dhe municionit\u201d, \u201cFshehja e t\u00eb ardhurave\u201d dhe \u201cKontrabanda me mallra t\u00eb tjera\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb kontrollit t\u00eb ushtruar n\u00eb servisin n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre shtetasve, Policia gjeti dhe sekuestroi n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri automatik, nj\u00eb arm\u00eb zjarri pistolet\u00eb imituese zhurme, nj\u00eb arm\u00eb sportive pneumatike dhe municion luftarak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb drejtimin e Prokuroris\u00eb, vijon puna p\u00ebr zbardhjen dhe dokumentimin e plot\u00eb ligjor t\u00eb rastit, si dhe p\u00ebr kapjen e arrestimin e personave t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Shkod\u00ebr, p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nderkaq 33-vje\u00e7ari Matheos D\u00ebrsniku, \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar nga policia e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs p\u00ebr disa akuza, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shitjen e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike dhe organizimin e loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit. Ai ishte n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim pas nj\u00eb incidenti m\u00eb 27 Shtator, ku nuk iu bind urdhrit t\u00eb policis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar automjetin e tij.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Gjat\u00eb kontrollit n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e D\u00ebrsnikut, policia gjeti dhjet\u00ebra doza t\u00eb dyshuar kokain\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb peshore elektronike. Hetimet tregojn\u00eb se ai dyshohet gjithashtu se ushtroi veprimtari t\u00eb paligjshme lojrash fati p\u00ebrmes celularit. Materialet jan\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs p\u00ebr veprime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme.
