K\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb premte n\u00eb Agjencin\u00eb e Prokurimit Publik ky autoritet\u00a0 njoftoi haphjen e dy procedurave t\u00eb prokurimit. E para me objekt\u00a0 \u201cNd\u00ebrtim rruga kthesa e B\u00ebrdic\u00ebs \u2013 Ura e Bah\u00e7allekut\u201d me fond limit 1.06 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb apo 10.7 milion\u00eb euro dhe e dyta \u201cRehabilitimi i rrug\u00ebs Fier \u2013 Kthesa e Patosit \u2013 Frataj\u201d me fond limit 3.53 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb apo rreth 35.7 milion\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sa i takon dokumenteve q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb procedurat ARRSH argumenton arsyet se pse do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyhet me k\u00ebto projekte. K\u00ebshtu s\u00eb pari lidhur me kontrat\u00ebn q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb kushtoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aksi \u00eb Fier \u2013 Kthesa e Patosit \u2013 Ballsh \u2013 Fratar pranohet se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje tejet t\u00eb amortizuar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cN\u00eb k\u00ebto rrug\u00eb vlen t\u00eb theksohet cedimet e shumta dhe val\u00ebzime e tabanit t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs. Si pasoj e zhvillimeve demografike t\u00eb ndodhura n\u00eb k\u00ebto 20 vitet e fundit, kjo rrug\u00eb n\u00eb disa pjes\u00eb t\u00eb saj kalon n\u00eb qendrat e banuara rritja e t\u00eb cilave n\u00eb num\u00ebr popullsie dhe mungesa e investimeve, n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, ka \u00e7uar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe n\u00eb rritjen e numrit t\u00eb aksidenteve rrugore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Objekti \u201cRehabilitimi i rrug\u00ebs Fier \u2013 Kthesa Patosti \u2013 Fratar\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb realizohet me fonde t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb vit buxhetor. Objekti i k\u00ebtij studimi \u00ebsht\u00eb rikonstruksioni i rrug\u00ebve ekzistuese: \u00b7 Fier \u2013 Kthesa Patosit, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi 5.9 km, (Segmenti 0) \u00b7 Kthesa Patosit \u2013 Hyrje Ballsh, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi 17.2 km, (Segmenti 1) \u00b7 Dalje Ballsh \u2013 Fratar, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi 19.6 km, (Segmenti 2)\u201d thuhet n\u00eb dokument.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb sa i takon projektit tjet\u00ebr ARRSH argumenton se aksi\u00a0 rrugor\u00a0 [SH1]\u00a0 q\u00eb administrohet Autoritetit\u00a0 Rrugor\u00a0 Shqiptar,\u00a0 nis\u00a0 nga\u00a0 kryeqyteti\u00a0 i\u00a0 vendit, Tiran\u00eb, dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb piken doganore\u00a0 t\u00eb Hanit te Hotit. Ky segment kalon\u00a0 dhe lidh qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs me gjith\u00eb rrjetin e transportit rrugor komb\u00ebtar. Pjese e k\u00ebtij\u00a0 aksi\u00a0 rrugor eshte edhe\u00a0 objekti\u00a0 i\u00a0 projektit\u00a0 \u201cStudim\u00a0 Projektim\u00a0 i\u00a0 rrug\u00ebs\u00a0 hyr\u00ebse\u00a0 Shkod\u00ebr \u00a0(B\u00ebrdice \u2013 Ura e Bah\u00e7allekut).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Konkretisht projekti s\u00eb pari parashikon dublimin e Ur\u00ebs s\u00eb Bah\u00e7all\u00ebkut<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNe\u00a0 zgjidhjen\u00a0 e\u00a0 re\u00a0 do\u00a0 parashikohet\u00a0 realizimi\u00a0 i\u00a0 nje\u00a0 ure\u00a0 te\u00a0 re,\u00a0 paralel\u00a0 me\u00a0 ur\u00ebn\u00a0 q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb\u00a0 e\u00a0 ur\u00ebs\u00a0 ekzistuese.\u00a0 Kjo\u00a0 ure\u00a0 do\u00a0 te\u00a0 akomodoje\u00a0 trafikun\u00a0 q\u00eb\u00a0 l\u00ebviz\u00a0 ne\u00a0 drejtimin e Tiran\u00ebs , nd\u00ebrsa ura ekzistuese do\u00a0 te sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr\u00a0 trafikun q\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00a0 ne drejtimin e Shkodr\u00ebs.
