Si e till\u00eb, nga ana jon\u00eb nuk vler\u00ebsohet si zgjidhje e p\u00ebrshtatshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushje t\u00eb misionit t\u00eb Komisionit t\u00eb Posa\u00e7\u00ebm.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Sigurisht, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb mir\u00ebpret mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb opinione p\u00ebr projektligjet q\u00eb lidhen drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb me funksionin e saj. Me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi konstatojm\u00eb se praktika e viteve t\u00eb fundit ka treguar se propozimet p\u00ebr disa ndryshime n\u00eb ligjet procedurale civile, penale dhe administrative, me q\u00ebllim rritjen e eficens\u00ebs s\u00eb gjykimit dhe parandalimin e krijimit t\u00eb stokut t\u00eb ri, t\u00eb miratuara nga Kuvendi me kontributin edhe t\u00eb gjyqtar\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebve ligjor\u00eb t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb (n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe pa qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e komisioneve apo n\u00ebnkomisioneve t\u00eb ngritura p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim pran\u00eb Kuvendit), ka ndikuar pozitivisht n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb gjykimit t\u00eb rekurseve.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>S\u00eb treti, duke mbajtur parasysh sa m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, si dhe duke vler\u00ebsuar nism\u00ebn e Kuvendit n\u00eb procesin e integrimit evropian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, t\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm se shteti i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon ndihmes\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb institucioneve publike, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Gjykat\u00ebn e Lart\u00eb, jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ofrojm\u00eb kontributin ton\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces. Modalitetet e k\u00ebtij angazhimi duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb tilla q\u00eb t\u00eb pajtohen me pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe paanshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e pushtetit gjyq\u00ebsor, si themeli i shtetit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs.
