Kompania Gener 2 do t\u00eb angazhohet n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb fshati turistik n\u00eb Veri t\u00eb vendit, konkretisht n\u00eb kufi mes Ran\u00ebs s\u00eb Hedhun dhe zon\u00ebs Baks-Rrjoll n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb projekt i dor\u00ebzuar pran\u00eb institucioneve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon lejen p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt parashtron at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson projekti i pag\u00ebzuar si \u201cBlue Borgo\u201d. Prona ku do t\u00eb zhvillohet \u201cResorti Turistik Blue-Borgo\u201d ka sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 147.2 hektar\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMasterplani i propozuar \u00ebsht\u00eb projektuar q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb me densitet t\u00eb ul\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e shesht\u00eb t\u00eb kontekstit. Ky vendim lejon q\u00eb ekosistemet ekzistuese n\u00eb shpatin e malit t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb paprekura.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrtesat akomoduese dhe nd\u00ebrtesat me oborr t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm me funksione t\u00eb p\u00ebrziera variojn\u00eb nga 3 deri n\u00eb 10 kate n\u00eb lart\u00ebsi. Nd\u00ebrtesat e sh\u00ebrbimit jan\u00eb 1 kat, hoteli 1 deri n\u00eb 3 kate dhe nd\u00ebrtesat e ve\u00e7anta variojn\u00eb nga 1 deri n\u00eb 3 kate. N\u00eb projekt jan\u00eb edhe 7 nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb 10 kate t\u00eb larta secila\u201d thuhet n\u00eb dokument.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dokumenti sqaron se fshati bregdetar p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet kryesisht nga nd\u00ebrtesa rezidenciale me oborr t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cRruga kryesore e automjeteve konsiston n\u00eb unaz\u00ebn e cila kalon rreth fshatit bregdetar duke krijuar nj\u00eb vendbanim t\u00eb orientuar drejt l\u00ebvizjes k\u00ebmb\u00ebsore.<\/span><\/p>\n
