Xh., 29 vje\u00e7, banues n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, p\u00ebr veprat penale \u201cOrganizimi ose ushtrimi i veprimtarive t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin\u201d, dhe \u201cV\u00ebnia n\u00eb dispozicion e lokaleve p\u00ebr loj\u00ebra t\u00eb palejuara\u201d, parashikuar nga nenet 197 dhe 198 t\u00eb Kodit Penal;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

K., 33 vje\u00e7, dhe J. \u00c7., 39 vje\u00e7, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cOrganizimi ose ushtrimi i veprimtarive t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave t\u00eb fatit n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 197 i Kodit Penal.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb kontrolleve t\u00eb ushtruara, sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb kan\u00eb kapur n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb duke luajtur loj\u00ebra fati n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin, 9 shtetasit e arrestuar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb lokal n\u00eb administrim nga shtetasi D. Xh., n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cLlambi Ze\u00e7ishti\u201d, n\u00eb Sharr\u00eb. N\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale u sekuestruan 1 tavolin\u00eb pokeri me \u00e7ipsa, aparate celulare dhe nj\u00eb pajisje DVR.
