Policia tha se i dyshuari, T.P., i nacionalitetit serb, u arrestua n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb autorizimi t\u00eb l\u00ebshuar nga Prokuroria Speciale e Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai dyshohet se ka kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201ckrimi i luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb civile\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI dyshuari gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, rreth muajit mars t\u00eb vitit 1999, n\u00eb komun\u00ebn e Istogu, ka kryer vepra t\u00eb ndryshme penale duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, pla\u00e7kitjen dhe shkat\u00ebrrim t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb s\u00eb popullsis\u00eb civile\u201d, u tha n\u00eb njoftim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Autoritetet b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se i dyshuari tashm\u00eb gjendet n\u00eb ndalim policor, teksa Policia nuk dha detaje se ku u krye arrestimi i tij.<\/span><\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga p\u00ebrfundimi i luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, af\u00ebr 70 persona jan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr krime lufte para institucioneve vendore dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga viti 2000 deri n\u00eb vitin 2008, krimet e luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb hetuar nga Misioni i Kombeve t\u00eb Bashkuara n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb (UNMIK), nd\u00ebrsa nga viti 2008, nga Misioni i Bashkimit Evropian p\u00ebr Sundim t\u00eb Ligjit (EULEX).<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 2018, ky mision i ka dor\u00ebzuar l\u00ebnd\u00ebt n\u00eb Prokurorin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe n\u00eb gjykatat vendore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs s\u00eb fundit n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb m\u00eb 1998-’99 jan\u00eb vrar\u00eb mbi 13.000 civil\u00eb dhe mij\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb zhdukur.<\/span><\/p>\n
