Ministri i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Ulsi Manja, ka njoftuar p\u00ebrfundimin e nj\u00eb operacioni inspektimi q\u00eb ka rezultuar n\u00eb heqjen e licenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr 11 noter\u00eb n\u00eb mbar\u00eb vendin dhe sekuestrimin e 17 arkivave noteriale. Operacioni \u00ebsht\u00eb zhvilluar gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs Janar-Gusht 2024, pas nj\u00eb val\u00eb ankesash nga qytetar\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Manj\u00ebs, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe jan\u00eb realizuar 42 inspektime n\u00eb zyrat noteriale, nj\u00eb rritje e ndjeshme krahasuar me vitin e kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si rezultat, 22 noter\u00eb jan\u00eb konstatuar me shkelje, ku 11 noter\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr licenca, 4 jan\u00eb pezulluar, dhe ndaj 7 noter\u00ebve jan\u00eb vendosur masa administrative. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ministria ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb forcoj\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar zbatimin e rregullave ligjore.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cGjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs Janar-Gusht 2024, Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ka forcuar dhe intensifikuar kontrollet n\u00eb zyrat noteriale n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin, duke realizuar 42 inspektime, nj\u00eb rritje e ndjeshme krahasuar me vitin e kaluar. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

K\u00ebto kontrolle kan\u00eb ardhur si p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj shqet\u00ebsimeve t\u00eb ngritura nga qytetar\u00ebt, si dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar zbatimin e rregullave ligjore nga ana e noter\u00ebve.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Si rezultat i k\u00ebtyre inspektimeve t\u00eb thelluara, jan\u00eb marr\u00eb masa administrative ndaj 22 noter\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb konstatuar me shkelje. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Prej tyre, 11 noter\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb hequr p\u00ebrfundimisht licenca, 4 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb jan\u00eb pezulluar, nd\u00ebrsa ndaj 7 noter\u00ebve jan\u00eb vendosur masa administrative. Gjithashtu, jan\u00eb sekuestruar 17 arkiva noteriale\u201d<\/em> ka njoftuar Manja.<\/span><\/p>\n
