Pas kontrollit, policia i gjeti Limoza Xhelalit, 32.45 gram kanabis, q\u00eb u sekuestrua nga policia.<\/span><\/p>\n

L\u00ebnda narkotike ishte fshehur n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e atleteve t\u00eb 66-vje\u00e7ares, e cila ishte p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr ta takuar t\u00eb paraburgosurin Mariglen Gashi, i arrestuar p\u00ebr vjedhje.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forcat e policis\u00eb n\u00eb Lushnj\u00eb kryen edhe kontrolle n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e saj, por nuk gjet\u00ebn sende t\u00eb kundraligjshme.<\/span><\/p>\n

66-vje\u00e7arja u arrestua dhe akuzohet p\u00ebr Futja ose mbajtja e sendeve t\u00eb ndaluara n\u00eb IEVP\u201d dhe \u201cProdhim dhe shitje e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve narkotike\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sot, m\u00eb dat\u00eb 23 Gusht 2024, n\u00eb Institucionin e Ekzekutimit t\u00eb Vendimeve Penale (IEVP) Fier, gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrolli me q\u00ebllim parandalimin dhe konstatimin e sendeve t\u00eb ndaluara referuar dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga inteligjenca operative punonj\u00ebsit e IEVP-s\u00eb dhe Sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb Kontrollit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb Sistemin e Burgjeve, konstatuan dhe sekuestruan nj\u00eb sasi\u00a0 l\u00ebnde narkotike e dyshuar si kanabis sativa, me pesh\u00eb totale 32.45 gram.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

L\u00ebnda narkotike u zbulua gjat\u00eb kontrollit fizik t\u00eb familjares Limoza Bahi Xhelali, e lindur m\u00eb 16 Shtator 1958, e cila ishte duke u p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr t\u00eb takuar t\u00eb paraburgosurin Mariglen Gashi, i arrestuar p\u00ebr vjedhje. Kontrolli u krye n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e atleteve t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Xhelali, ku u gjet l\u00ebnda e dyshuar narkotike, e cila u sekuestrua menj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e prov\u00ebs materiale dhe do t\u00eb d\u00ebrgohet p\u00ebr ekzaminime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme kriminalistike.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Lidhur me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, \u00ebsht\u00eb informuar menj\u00ebher\u00eb Prokurori i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb, Juridiksion i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Fier, i cili po ndjek veprimet e m\u00ebtejshme proceduriale.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb hetimeve, u krye edhe nj\u00eb kontroll n\u00eb banes\u00ebn e shtetases Limoza Xhelali nga forcat e policis\u00eb Lushnje, ku nuk u gjet\u00ebn sende t\u00eb paligjshme.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
