T\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb 27 bashki t\u00eb vendit jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb rrjetin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb shkuar me nj\u00eb total prej 9.8 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh apo rreth 98 milion\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Raporti i Performanc\u00ebs i Entit Rregullator t\u00eb Ujit vler\u00ebson se ishin t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 37 investime t\u00eb raportuara nga Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve t\u00eb planifikuara dhe n\u00eb proces zbatimi.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAKUK raporton se nga totali i investimeve t\u00eb planifikuara q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb proces, vet\u00ebm gjat\u00eb vitit ushtrimor 2023, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb total 37 investime me vler\u00ebn 9.8 miliard lek\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb shtrir\u00eb n\u00eb 29 Bashki t\u00eb vendit\u201d<\/em> thuhet n\u00eb raport.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb fakt totali i fondeve t\u00eb planifikuara p\u00ebr investime n\u00eb rrjetin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-kanalizimeve ishte m\u00eb i lart\u00ebs ku p\u00ebrfshihen fonde buxhetore dhe ato me financim t\u00eb huaj.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb total vlera e planifikuar e investimeve n\u00eb sektorin UK sipas tabel\u00ebs nr.9 t\u00eb m\u00ebposhtme p\u00ebr vitin 2023 ka qen\u00eb 21,367,246,000 lek\u00eb (ose rreth 194.3 milion Euro), nga t\u00eb cilat 13,938,972 Lek\u00eb jan\u00eb planifikuar p\u00ebr investim nga Qeveria Shqiptare (rreth 65% t\u00eb totalit) dhe 7,428,274 Lek\u00eb nga donator\u00ebt e huaj (rreth 35%).<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Theksohet fakti se n\u00eb sektorin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve financohen mjaft projekte, kryesisht n\u00eb zona rurale, edhe nga agjencia tjet\u00ebr zbatuese Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit (FSHZH), t\u00eb cilat nuk jan\u00eb subjekt i k\u00ebtij raporti<\/em>\u201d n\u00ebnvizon ERRU.<\/span><\/p>\n

I nj\u00ebjti dokument sjell n\u00eb v\u00ebmendje se financimet e huaja jan\u00eb ulur ndjesh\u00ebm gjat\u00eb vitit duke u rishikuar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb procedurave t\u00eb tenderimit t\u00eb vonuara.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cV\u00ebrehet se gjat\u00eb vitit ka patur nj\u00eb rishikim t\u00eb fondeve me financim t\u00eb huaj nga 7.37 miliard n\u00eb 2 miliard lek\u00eb. Kjo si rezultat i vonesave n\u00eb ecurin\u00eb e investimeve p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb procedurave tenderuese t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb vonuar n\u00eb koh\u00eb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Referuar vlerave t\u00eb tabel\u00ebs rezulton se n\u00eb sektor jan\u00eb financuar 88% e investimeve t\u00eb planifikuara gjat\u00eb vitit 2023. Gjithashtu v\u00ebrehet se investimet n\u00eb sektor edhe p\u00ebr vitin 2023 vijojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb fokusuara n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe jo t\u00eb kanalizimeve\u201d<\/em> thuhet n\u00eb raport.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
