Gjykata p\u00ebr Zgjidhjen e Mosmarr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb Investimeve n\u00eb Uashington, ICSID, ka rr\u00ebzuar pretendimin 100 milion\u00eb euro q\u00eb kompania turke kishte ndaj qeveris\u00eb shqiptare, d\u00ebm q\u00eb sipas saj i ishte shkaktuar nga mbyllja e nj\u00ebanshme e koncesionit p\u00ebr terminalin e kontenier\u00ebve n\u00eb Portin e Durr\u00ebsit, ka m\u00ebsuar Kapital.al<\/span><\/p>\n

Kompania turke Kurum, fitoi n\u00eb 2011-\u00ebn nj\u00eb koncesion 30-vje\u00e7ar p\u00ebr menaxhimin e terminalit t\u00eb kontenier\u00ebve n\u00eb portin e Durr\u00ebsit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Por, n\u00eb 2017-\u00ebn, Damian Gjiknuri ministri i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm i Infrastruktur\u00ebs urdh\u00ebroi anulimin e koncesionit duke hapur \u00e7\u00ebshtje gjyq\u00ebsore p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb kushteve kontraktuale nga kompania.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si Gjykata Administrative ashtu edhe ajo e Apelit konfirmuan t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e Ministris\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e kontrat\u00ebs. M\u00eb pas me ardhjen e Belinda Ballukut n\u00eb krye t\u00eb ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Infrastruktur\u00ebs, n\u00eb 3 shkurt 2020, p\u00ebrmbaruesit shkuan n\u00eb terren p\u00ebr t\u00eb larguar kompanin\u00eb turke nga porti i Durr\u00ebsit.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr k\u00ebto veprime, kompania turke ka b\u00ebr\u00eb padi n\u00eb arbitrazh m\u00eb 23 shtator t\u00eb 2020-\u00ebs. Gjykata e Arbitrazhit n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb shqyrtoi p\u00ebr gati 4 vjet konflitin mes pal\u00ebve, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin kompania turke k\u00ebrkonte 100 milion\u00eb euro kompesim. Por ky pretendim \u00ebsht\u00eb rr\u00ebzuar, pasi ICSID ka vendosur n\u00eb favor t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Aktualisht terminali i kontejner\u00ebve shfryt\u00ebzohet nga nj\u00eb kompani e regjistruar n\u00eb Malt\u00eb, \u201cHili Company Limited\u201de cila ka hapur nj\u00eb kompani n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe qe b\u00ebn vet\u00ebm operimin dhe mir\u00ebmbajtjen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me kontrat\u00ebn e n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb 8 mars t\u00eb 2021-it, parashikon se kompania malteze do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ngarkim shkarkimin e kontenier\u00ebve n\u00eb port p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb 5 vje\u00e7are kundrejt nj\u00eb pages\u00eb prej 3.8 miliard\u00eb lek, ose 38 milion\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n
