Ndon\u00ebse n\u00eb vler\u00eb ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rekord i ri, ritmet e rritjes jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebtat q\u00eb nga mesi i vitit 2011, p\u00ebrpara se tregu t\u00eb niste zgjerimin e fort\u00eb dyshifror.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e INSTAT b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se aktiviteti i pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme u rrit me 5.9% me baz\u00eb vjetore n\u00eb tremujorin e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. Ritmet e rritjes jan\u00eb p\u00ebrgjysmuar n\u00eb krahasim me 2023, kur kulmuan n\u00eb 11.3%, niveli m\u00eb i lart\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ndryshe nga aktiviteti i pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme, sektori i nd\u00ebrtimit ka vijuar rritjen e fort\u00eb, duke sinjalizuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto dy vitet e fundit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs me ofert\u00ebn. Nd\u00ebrtimi u rrit me 14% n\u00eb janar-mars 2024, nga 9.8% q\u00eb ishte zgjerimi vitin e kaluar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebrkesa duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie, oferta do t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb rritjen. N\u00eb mbledhjen e fundit, K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar i Territorit miratoi lejen e zhvillimit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb me 65 kate mbi tok\u00eb dhe gjasht\u00eb n\u00ebn tok\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb list\u00ebn e KKT jan\u00eb edhe disa projekte n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cDritan Hoxha\u201d me 35 kate, apo n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn \u201cTeodor Keko\u201d, me lart\u00ebsi 50 kate mbi tok\u00eb. Tashm\u00eb duket se kullat po kalojn\u00eb zon\u00ebn brenda unaz\u00ebs duke u shtir\u00eb edhe n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb periferike t\u00eb kryeqytetit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb parashikon nj\u00eb kompleks multifunksional rezidencial prej 27 katesh n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Kasharit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">M\u00eb her\u00ebt, edhe nd\u00ebrtuesit kan\u00eb pohuar se tregu po shfaq shenja ngadal\u00ebsimi n\u00eb kahun e porosive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas anket\u00ebs s\u00eb besimit t\u00eb bizneseve t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (BSH) t\u00eb qershorit, sektori i nd\u00ebrtimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb optimist p\u00ebr t\u00eb kat\u00ebrtin muaj radhazi. N\u00eb vler\u00eb, investimet e huaja n\u00eb pasuri t\u00eb paluajtshme ishin rreth 81 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb tremujorin e par\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2023, sipas INSTAT, transaksionet e pasurive t\u00eb paluajtshme arrit\u00ebn n\u00eb 137 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, ose rreth 1.3 miliard\u00eb euro.
