Si shembuj t\u00eb investimeve t\u00eb suksesshme, ai p\u00ebrmendi nd\u00ebrtimin e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit, Tunelit t\u00eb Kalimashit, Tunelit t\u00eb Qaf\u00eb Krrab\u00ebs dhe Tunelit Kardhiq-Delvin\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat lidhnin popullata t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe ndihmonin ekonomin\u00eb dhe turizmin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bozdo kritikoi investimin prej 180 milion\u00eb eurosh p\u00ebr tunelin e Llogaras\u00eb, duke e cil\u00ebsuar si t\u00eb pajustifikuar ekonomikisht dhe q\u00eb sh\u00ebrben vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl. Ai sugjeroi q\u00eb k\u00ebto fonde mund t\u00eb ishin p\u00ebrdorur p\u00ebr rrug\u00eb t\u00eb tjera m\u00eb prioritare dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb dhe turizmin, si rruga Berat-Skrapar-P\u00ebrmet, rruga Berat-K\u00eblcyr\u00eb-P\u00ebrmet, Rruga e Arb\u00ebrit dhe rruga Quk\u00ebs-Qaf\u00eb Plloc\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cSa her\u00eb q\u00eb merret vendim p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb apo jo nj\u00eb investim publik, kriteri thelb\u00ebsor q\u00eb qeveria duhet t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb: sa \u00ebsht\u00eb numri i shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb nga ky investim? Cilat tregje lidhen m\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe sh\u00ebrbime ofrohen m\u00eb lir\u00eb?\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebto ishin pyetjet kur qeveria e Partis\u00eb Demokratike vendosi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte Rrug\u00ebn e Kombit dhe Tunelin e Kalimashit. Lidhja e tregjeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb me Kosov\u00ebn ishte dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb objektivi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm ekonomik, politik dhe gjeostrategjik p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kjo ishte gjithashtu p\u00ebrgjigja kur qeveria e Partis\u00eb Demokratike vendosi t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte Tunelin e Qaf\u00eb Krrab\u00ebs apo Tunelin Kardhiq-Delvin\u00eb. K\u00ebto tunele lidhin popullata t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, ndihmojn\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb dhe turizmin, shkurtojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm rrug\u00ebt dhe e b\u00ebjn\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb t\u00eb kapshme dhe t\u00eb mundshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, 180 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb hedhura p\u00ebr tunelin e LLogaras\u00eb jan\u00eb nj\u00eb investim pa asnj\u00eb logjik\u00eb ekonomike. Shkurton koh\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillshme-vet\u00ebm 20 minuta-, i sh\u00ebrben shum\u00eb pak individ\u00ebve, praktikisht \u2018pakic\u00ebs s\u00eb pakic\u00ebs\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Partia Demokratike n\u00eb qeverisjen e saj i ka kushtuar r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi primare infrastruktur\u00ebs rrugore. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ne nuk jemi dhe nuk mund t\u00eb jemi kurr\u00eb kund\u00ebr investimeve t\u00eb tilla, p\u00ebrsa koh\u00eb ato kan\u00eb baz\u00eb ekonomike dhe i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb popullat\u00ebs, pra jo tekave t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Me 180 milion\u00eb euro t\u00eb shpenzuara mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhej disa her\u00eb rruga e re Berat-Skrapar-P\u00ebrmet -Ura e Kardhiqit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar realisht ekonomin\u00eb, turizmin dhe jet\u00ebn e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb 3 qyteteve me tradita qytetare dhe historike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Rruga e sotme \u00ebsht\u00eb e pakalueshme dhe kjo maxhoranc\u00eb, edhe pse e ka premtuar disa her\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb investim, nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb asgj\u00eb;\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00b7 Me 180 milion\u00eb euro mund t\u00eb rib\u00ebhej disa her\u00eb rruga Berat-K\u00eblcyr\u00eb-P\u00ebrmet, e nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e pushtimit italian, por sot e shkat\u00ebrruar totalisht gj\u00eb ka sjell\u00eb edhe braktisjen masive t\u00eb zonave rurale;\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Me 180 milion\u00eb euro mund t\u00eb mbarohej, m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, Rruga e Arb\u00ebrit, e cila mund t\u00eb konsiderohet Rruga e Kombit nr. 2, dhe q\u00eb ka 12 vite q\u00eb zvarritet.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Me 180 milion\u00eb euro mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundonte edhe Rruga Quk\u00ebs-Qaf\u00eb Plloc\u00eb, pjes\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme e Korridorit nr 8, e cila ka gjithashtu 10 vjet q\u00eb zvarritet.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebto para duhet t\u00eb shkonin minimalisht n\u00eb k\u00ebto prioritete, p\u00ebrpara se t\u00eb investoheshin p\u00ebr t`i sh\u00ebrbyer \u2018pakic\u00ebs s\u00eb pakic\u00ebs\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dhe t\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb: nuk jan\u00eb parat\u00eb e Edi Ram\u00ebs, por parat\u00eb tona t\u00eb cilat duhet t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb aty ku ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb dhe ku p\u00ebrfitueshm\u00ebria publike \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">K\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk e mbulon dot njeri, as edhe k\u00ebng\u00ebt q\u00eb i thuren dhe k\u00ebndohen \u2018udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit global\u2019.
