A, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me shtetasit D. A etj, n\u00eb lidhje familjare midis tyre, kan\u00eb goditur me sende t\u00eb forta shtetasin Sokol Mengjesi, me profesion avokat.<\/span><\/p>\n

N dhe D. A, t\u00eb dyshuar p\u00ebr kryerjen e veprave penale t\u00eb \u201cPlagosjes s\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dashje\u201d dhe \u201cKund\u00ebrshtimit dhe goditjes s\u00eb gjyqtarit\u201d, t\u00eb kryera n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim, parashikuar nga nenet 88\/1, 25 dhe 316, 25 t\u00eb Kodit Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n
