Kreu i SPAK, Altin Dumani, duke iu p\u00ebrgjigjur pyetjeve q\u00eb iu drejtuan nga deputetja e PD-s\u00eb, Elda Hoti, lidhur me faktin sepse nuk ndryshohet masa e siguris\u00eb ndaj ish-Kryeministrit Sali Berisha, duke mos e lejuar t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb seancat e Kuvendit, tha se nuk ka asnj\u00eb koment lidhur me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb hetim.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb her\u00ebt Dumani tha se drejt\u00ebsia nuk mund t\u00eb sfidohet, duke sqaruar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb faktin sepse ndaj Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar nj\u00eb mas\u00eb sigurie, si ajo e arrestit n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb raportimin e tij n\u00eb Komisionin e Ligjeve, Dumani tha se Gjykata e Lart\u00eb ka nj\u00eb rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr njehsimin e praktik\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore.<\/span><\/p>\n
