Relatore e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes \u00ebsht\u00eb Alma Ahmeti, nd\u00ebrsa trupa gjykuese p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga Iliba Bezati dhe Elona Toro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ky rigjykim vjen pas vendimit t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb, e cila urdh\u00ebroi nj\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb thelluar t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes. Aktualisht, Lulzim Basha njihet si kryetari i PD-s\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e tij jan\u00eb Sali Berisha dhe grupi i Rithemelimit, si dhe deputet\u00ebt e PD-s\u00eb t\u00eb drejtuar nga Gazment Bardhi, q\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit kan\u00eb njohur Berish\u00ebn si kryetar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, Gjykata e Tiran\u00ebs hodhi posht\u00eb nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb nga 6 deputet\u00eb demokrat\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7regjistruar Lulzim Bash\u00ebn si Kryetar i PD-s\u00eb. N\u00eb vendimin e saj, Gjykata e Lart\u00eb theksoi se Kolegji Civil arriti n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se Gjykata e Apelit t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Tiran\u00eb, me vendimin nr. 44, dat\u00eb 03.03.2023, kishte lejuar shkelje procedurale q\u00eb c\u00ebnonin vendimin e saj.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kolegji Civil vuri re se Gjykata e Apelit nuk iu p\u00ebrgjigj k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb pal\u00ebve n\u00eb ankimet respektive dhe shqyrtoi \u00e7\u00ebshtje q\u00eb nuk ishin ngritur nga pal\u00ebt n\u00eb ankime, t\u00eb cilat gjithsesi nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebnin arsye p\u00ebr prishjen e vendimit dhe kthimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes p\u00ebr rishqyrtim. Kolegji vler\u00ebsoi se pretendimet n\u00eb ankimet e paraqitura mund t\u00eb zgjidheshin nga vet\u00eb Gjykata e Apelit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte, Kolegji Civil i Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Lart\u00eb, bazuar n\u00eb nenin 480 dhe nenin 485, pika 1, shkronja &#8220;c&#8221; t\u00eb Kodit t\u00eb Procedur\u00ebs Civile, vendosi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8220;Prishjen e vendimit nr. 44, dat\u00eb 03.03.2023 t\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Apelit t\u00eb Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Tiran\u00eb dhe kthimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes p\u00ebr rishqyrtim n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gjykat\u00eb, me nj\u00eb trup\u00eb tjet\u00ebr gjykuese&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjykata e Apelit ka caktuar dat\u00ebn 11 qershor p\u00ebr seanc\u00ebn e par\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb fatin e logos dhe vul\u00ebs s\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike.
