Tre vite m\u00eb par\u00eb Qeveria shqiptare dhe kompania amerikane Bechtel n\u00ebnshkruan nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e hidrocentralit t\u00eb Skavic\u00ebs mbi lumin Drin. Aktualisht \u201cBechtel\u201d po kryen studimin e fizibilitetit t\u00eb HEC-it dhe nuk ka nj\u00eb dat\u00eb se kur mund t\u00eb nisin punimet.
