Fondi Shqiptar i Zhvillimit parashikon q\u00eb t\u00eb kryej\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb investimesh me vler\u00eb rreth 2.3 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb liqenin e Paskuqanit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb procedur\u00eb e \u00e7elur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00eb ka n\u00eb objekt t\u00eb kontrat\u00ebs \u201cRivitalizimi i parqeve natyrore n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet sigurimit t\u00eb elementeve t\u00eb mobilimit urban dhe shtimit t\u00eb aktiviteteve t\u00eb rekreacionit rajoni 2\u201d parashikon specifikisht disa nd\u00ebrhyrje. Konkretisht parashikohet:\u00a0 \u201cNd\u00ebrtimi i amfiteatrit, fushave sportive, k\u00ebndit t\u00eb loj\u00ebrave dhe shkallareve panoramike n\u00eb liqenin e Paskuqanit\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas do0kumenteve q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb procedur\u00eb zona n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyhet ka qen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e uj\u00ebmbledh\u00ebsit t\u00eb liqenit t\u00eb Paskuqanit dhe nuk ka pasur asnj\u00eb lloj vepre urbane apo infrastrukture t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar. 2 vitet e fudnit zona \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb rekreacionale me investimet e Bashkis\u00eb Kamz\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

I nj\u00ebjti raport specifikon se cilat jan\u00eb investimet q\u00eb jan\u00eb parashikuar t\u00eb kryhen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Plani arkitektonik p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshij\u00eb nj\u00eb integrim t\u00eb harmonizuar t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha elementeve, duke p\u00ebrdorur dizajn modern dhe materiale cil\u00ebsore p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb ambient t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs dhe funksional.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Zona e Amfiteatrit<\/strong>:\u00a0 Amfiteatri do t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb nj\u00eb pozicion qendror, i orientuar drejt liqenit p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar nj\u00eb pamje spektakolare p\u00ebr performancat dhe ngjarjet artistike. Struktura e amfiteatrit do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb sken\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme dhe shkallare t\u00eb organizuara n\u00eb nivele t\u00eb ndryshme, duke p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar pamjen nga \u00e7do k\u00ebnd. \u2022Materialet do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme p\u00ebr ambientin natyror, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb druri dhe gur\u00ebt e pjekur.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Shkallare Panoramike<\/strong>: Shkallarja panoramike do t\u00eb integrohet n\u00eb terren n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb liqenit p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nj\u00eb udh\u00ebtim t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm drejt nj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb panoramik.\u00a0 Nivelet e shkallares do t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb ambiente t\u00eb uljes dhe t\u00eb qeta p\u00ebr t\u00eb shijuar pamjen dhe relaksimin.<\/span><\/p>\n
