Ervin Mu\u00e7a pretendon se nuk ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00eb at\u00eb dit\u00eb, por burime b\u00ebjn\u00eb me dije se \u00ebsht\u00eb filmuar nga kamerat e bizneseve rreth e rrotull. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, edhe roja ka deklaruar se Mu\u00e7a ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00eb dit\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyr\u00eb n\u00eb sistemin TIMS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb ngjarje u ngrit edhe nj\u00eb komision hetimor parlamentar, i cili do t\u00eb hetoj\u00eb rrjedhjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga sistemi TIMS. M\u00ebsohet se kall\u00ebzimi i Agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore vitin e kaluar u b\u00eb n\u00eb organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb pas insistimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsis\u00eb amerikane n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb cil\u00ebt zbuluan edhe nd\u00ebrhyrjen n\u00eb sistemin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave TIMS.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mu\u00e7a \u00ebsht\u00eb rekrutuar n\u00eb polici kur Ministria e Brendshme drejtohej nga Bledi \u00c7u\u00e7i. Gjithashtu prokuroria evidenton se Ervin Mu\u00e7a n\u00eb dokumentet aplikuese p\u00ebr pozicionin e Drejtorit t\u00eb IT n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Shtetit nuk ka deklaruar se punonte si k\u00ebshilltar i jasht\u00ebm i Drejtores s\u00eb Agjencis\u00eb Shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb Kadastr\u00ebs, duke shkelur k\u00ebshtu ligjin.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb 17 gusht 2023 i ngarkuari me pun\u00eb i SHBA-s\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb H. Martin McDowell b\u00ebri n\u00eb takimin me ministrin e Brendsh\u00ebm Taulant Balla ku shprehu shqet\u00ebsimin lidhur me nd\u00ebrhyrjet e raportuara n\u00eb sistemin TIMS n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Shtetit dhe nxiti nj\u00eb hetim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb gjithansh\u00ebm.
