Sanksionet e reja, q\u00eb u mir\u00ebprit\u00ebn nga Kievi, nuk do t\u00eb aplikoheshin ndaj drith\u00ebrave ruse q\u00eb kalojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmes BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb tregje tjera, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb mos shkaktohen pengesa p\u00ebr furnizim n\u00eb vende tjera, tha komisionari p\u00ebr Tregti, Vladis Dombrovskis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Presidenti ukrainas, Volodymyr Zelensky, \u00ebsht\u00eb ankuar ndaj udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve evropian\u00eb t\u00eb premten, kur ai foli n\u00eb samit p\u00ebrmes video-lidhjes. Brukseli ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb rris\u00eb presionin ndaj ekonomis\u00eb ruse pas vendosjes t\u00eb disa runde sanksionesh q\u00eb ve\u00e7se kan\u00eb ngrir\u00eb asetet ruse n\u00eb 27 shtetet e bllokut, kan\u00eb sh\u00ebnjestruar udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit rus\u00eb, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb presidentin Vladimir Putin, dhe kan\u00eb tkurrur tregtin\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, presidentja e Komisionit Evropian, Ursula von der Leyen, tha se tarifat e propozuara do t\u00eb pamund\u00ebsonin q\u00eb \u201cdrith\u00ebrat ruse t\u00eb destabilizojn\u00eb tregun e BE-s\u00eb me k\u00ebto produkte\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Komisionari Dombrovskis gjat\u00eb s\u00eb premtes tha se \u201cpropozimi i sot\u00ebm \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e duhur dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb hap i nevojsh\u00ebm\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ai tha se tarifat po ashtu do t\u00eb vendosen ndaj produkteve nga Bjellorusia, shtet q\u00eb ka lejuar p\u00ebrdorimin e territorit t\u00eb tij q\u00eb Rusia t\u00eb niste pushtimin e Ukrain\u00ebs m\u00eb 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Propozimi vjen pasi sipas Komisionit Evropian m\u00eb 2023 ka pasur rritje t\u00eb importeve bujq\u00ebsore ruse n\u00eb BE.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dombrovskis tha se k\u00ebto tarifa do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin q\u00eb importet ruse t\u00eb ishin \u201ct\u00eb paqasshme\u201d n\u00eb tregje dhe do t\u00eb ndihmonin q\u00eb t\u00eb ndalohej praktika ruse \u201ce eksportimit t\u00eb paligjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb drith\u00ebrave t\u00eb vjedhura ukrainase p\u00ebr n\u00eb BE\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas rregullave t\u00eb Organizat\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore t\u00eb Tregtis\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb drith\u00ebrat ruse deri m\u00eb tani jan\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtuar nga taksat e importit n\u00eb BE.<\/span><\/p>\n
