Ministrja tha se porti i Porto Romanos \u00ebsht\u00eb i nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb pasi do ket\u00eb edhe q\u00ebllime ushtarake si pjes\u00eb e detyrimeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb si aleate e NATO-s dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet me koncesion pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb aset komb\u00ebtar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lidhur me portin turistik n\u00eb qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit, Balluku tha se ai do jet\u00eb nd\u00ebr portet turistike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb Mesdhe dhe do sjell\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura mbi 1.2 miliard\u00eb euro nga taksat e divident\u00ebt.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPorti i Durr\u00ebsit \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr projektet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. E para e pun\u00ebs, zanafilla e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Porto Romanos si zon\u00eb industriale nis n\u00eb vitin 2009 nga qeveria juaj. Me vendim t\u00eb ish-kryeministrit Berisha u vendos krijimi i nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb industriale p\u00ebr trajtimin e likuideve. Si\u00e7 kemi sot dy koncesione n\u00eb Porto Romano q\u00eb p\u00ebrpunojn\u00eb likuide. Plani i par\u00eb zhvillimor i zon\u00ebs daton n\u00eb vitet 2009-2010. Ju e keni dizenjuar Porto Romanon si zon\u00eb industriale-detare. Porto Romano \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar si zon\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr ushtrin\u00eb shqiptare. Nga 390 milion\u00eb euro, 175 jan\u00eb t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr punime n\u00eb infrastrukur\u00eb par\u00ebsore detare, punime n\u00eb kanalin hyr\u00ebs, basenin dhe dallg\u00ebkthyesin. Ato do i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb edhe portit milrar q\u00eb do ngrihet n\u00eb zon\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi e jona si pjes\u00eb e aleanc\u00ebs. Nuk mund t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet me PPP pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb asset i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb komb\u00ebtar. P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrkjet zhvendosjes s\u00eb Portit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit n\u00eb Porto Romano. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti m\u00eb transparent dhem\u00ebid etajuar q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm apsi gjith\u00e7ka jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrmes garave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. K\u00ebtu b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr dy porte. Nj\u00ebri turistik dhe nj\u00eb port tregtar dhe militar n\u00eb Porto Romano. Nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr mbyllje t\u00eb nj\u00ebrit port dhe hapjen e nj\u00eb tjetri. N\u00eb portin turistik qeveria shqiptare ka 30%t\u00eb aksioneve. Do jet\u00eb nj\u00eb nga portet turistike m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb Mesdheut. Do kjet\u00eb 280 milio\u00ebn euro nga Marina e Durr\u00ebsit si divident.
