Emaar Properties po fillon shitjet n\u00eb \u2018The Heights Country Club\u2019, nj\u00eb zon\u00eb zhvillimore prej 81 milion\u00eb metrash katror\u00eb e vler\u00ebsuar n\u00eb 55 miliard\u00eb dirhem\u00eb, tha n\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb kompania. Rezidencat jan\u00eb gjithashtu n\u00eb dispozicion n\u00eb \u2018Grand Club Resort\u2019, nj\u00eb projekt prej 41 miliard\u00eb dirhem\u00ebsh q\u00eb do shtrihet n\u00eb mbi 60 milion\u00eb metra katror\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Firma nuk zbuloi numrin e sht\u00ebpive n\u00eb zonat e reja zhvillimore, q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb vila luksoze dhe apartamente n\u00eb qytet ose kur planifikon t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin. Me nj\u00eb kosto t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb prej 21 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00ebsh, projektet jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb kushtueshme se zona zhvillimore e n\u00ebnshkruar nga Emaar n\u00eb Do\u00ebnto\u00ebn Dubai.<\/span><\/p>\n
