Dy kushtet tona p\u00ebr amnistin\u00eb penale jan\u00eb: E para mos t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihen n\u00eb amnisti personat e d\u00ebnuar apo personat q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00ebn hetim nga SPAK dhe GJKKO. E kam pyetur publikisht ministrin Manja n\u00ebse e kishte diskutuar projektligjin fillestar me Institucionet e reja t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, kam marr\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje pozitive.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>Pra projektligji kishte marr\u00eb drit\u00ebn jeshile nga SPAK, GJKKO, KLGJ.
