S\u00eb dyti t\u00eb fut\u00ebn propozimet e PD p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb amnisti protestuesit. \u00cbsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb e PD, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr negocim, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb negocim \u00ebsht\u00eb e domosdoshme. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb t\u00ebrheqje, ta marrin parasysh ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e votave, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebndrimi yn\u00eb dhe i pandryshuesh\u00ebm.\u201d<\/em> – tha Basha.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb her\u00ebt ministri i Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Manja tha se nga Aministia Penale nuk p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt e\u00a0 korruptuar dhe as personat e d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebr krim t\u00eb organizuar.<\/span><\/p>\n
