\u201cDo ta p\u00ebrmbyllim jav\u00ebn q\u00eb vjen k\u00ebt\u00eb draft n\u00eb komisionin e Ligjeve dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb seanc\u00eb ku duhen 84 vota.
