OSBE ka 57 vende an\u00ebtare, mes tyre Ukraina, Shtetet e Bashkuara dhe Rusia. N\u00eb deklarat\u00eb thuhet se Duma mund t\u00eb shqyrtoj\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb Rusia t\u00eb largohet edhe nga organizata t\u00eb tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, por pa p\u00ebrmendur se cilat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ukraina dhe vendet baltike, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb fqinje t\u00eb Rusis\u00eb, refuzuan t\u00eb merrnin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb takimin vjetor t\u00eb ministrave t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb kaluar p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pranis\u00eb t\u00eb ministrit t\u00eb Jasht\u00ebm rus Sergei Lavrov.<\/span><\/p>\n
