“Ne e respektojm\u00eb shum\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsorin e pavarur t\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, ne nuk pajtohemi me k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim dhe me respekt, ne do ta apelojm\u00eb at\u00eb,” u tha Freeland gazetar\u00ebve n\u00eb Montreal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Freeland, i cili sh\u00ebrben gjithashtu si z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeminist\u00ebr, tha se vendimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb thirrur kompetencat e urgjenc\u00ebs u mor sepse siguria publike e kanadez\u00ebve dhe siguria komb\u00ebtare ishin n\u00ebn k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Un\u00eb isha e bindur n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb ishte gj\u00ebja e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, ishte gj\u00ebja e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. Un\u00eb mbetem dhe mbetemi e bindur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb,” tha ajo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Demonstratat e kolon\u00ebs kund\u00ebr masave t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit publik, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb mandatet e vaksinave, mbyll\u00ebn Otava dhe bllokuan disa pika kufitare p\u00ebr jav\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra n\u00eb janar dhe shkurt 2022. Kryeministri Justin Trudeau e portretizoi l\u00ebvizjen p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur fuqit\u00eb e urgjenc\u00ebs si t\u00eb pashmangshme, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se nuk ishte e mundur t\u00eb negociohej me protestuesit .<\/span><\/p>\n

Vitin e kaluar, komisioneri i nj\u00eb hetimi t\u00eb pavarur p\u00ebr vendimin tha se qeveria plot\u00ebsoi pragun p\u00ebr t\u00eb thirrur kompetencat emergjente.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Un\u00eb konkludoj se nuk kishte asnj\u00eb emergjenc\u00eb komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb justifikonte thirrjen e Aktit t\u00eb Emergjencave dhe vendimi p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ishte i paarsyesh\u00ebm dhe ultra vires,” shkroi gjyqtari i Gjykat\u00ebs Federale Richard Mosley n\u00eb vendimin e s\u00eb mart\u00ebs, sipas CBC.<\/span><\/p>\n
