Kryetarja e Parlamentit, Lindita Nikolla hodhi n\u00eb votim projektbuxhetin dhe paket\u00ebn fiskale e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb miratuar me shpejt\u00ebsi dhe pa diskutime. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebr rastet e rralla kur buxheti kalon pa diskutime n\u00eb Parlament nd\u00ebrsa vitet e shkuara, seanca ishte maraton\u00eb dhe zgjaste p\u00ebr or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Buxheti i vitit 2024 do t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb total p\u00ebr t\u00eb shpenzuar rreth 735,9 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (rreth 7 mld euro), prej t\u00eb cilave 633,7 miliard\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga t\u00eb ardhurat dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb borxh i ri (deficiti) prej 61,9 miliard\u00eb lek\u00ebsh. Si\u00e7 m\u00ebsohet nga relacioni i projektbuxhetit 2024, pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb financimit do t\u00eb marrin investimet publike me 128,5 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb (1,2 miliard\u00eb euro).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fondi shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr rritjen e pagave \u00ebsht\u00eb 11 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb ose rreth 100 milion\u00eb euro. Sektori publik ka rreth 184 mij\u00eb punonj\u00ebs nga t\u00eb cilat rreth 84 mij\u00eb jan\u00eb administrat\u00eb dhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr jan\u00eb punonj\u00ebs n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet baz\u00eb t\u00eb sektorit publik, arsim, sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsi dhe polici.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb vitin 2024, t\u00eb ardhurat totale t\u00eb buxhetit t\u00eb shtetit parashikohen t\u00eb arrijn\u00eb 674.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, nga k\u00ebto, t\u00eb ardhurat tatimore 633.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb dhe brenda z\u00ebrit t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave tatimore, t\u00eb ardhurat q\u00eb mblidhen nga tatimet dhe doganat 447 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, t\u00eb ardhurat nga kontributet p\u00ebr sigurimin shoq\u00ebror dhe sigurimin sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor, planifikohen t\u00eb jen\u00eb 156.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Totali i shpenzimeve publike p\u00ebr vitin 2024 programohet n\u00eb nivelin 735.9 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb ose 30.2% e PBB.
