Sh\u00ebrbimet e Policis\u00eb Rrugore dhe t\u00eb Patrullave t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb ndihm\u00eb n\u00eb 21 raste ndaj drejtuesve t\u00eb automjeteve t\u00eb bllokuar. Policia e Shtetit apelon p\u00ebr vendosjen e zinxhir\u00ebve dhe p\u00ebr zbatim t\u00eb udh\u00ebzimeve t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb njoftimet publike, p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebt e bllokuara apo ato q\u00eb paraqesin v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi.
