Penal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb hetimeve paraprake Prokuroria e Posa\u00e7me,\u00a0 ka vendosur t\u2019i drejtohet\u00a0 me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Posa\u00e7me t\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb p\u00ebr Korrupsionin dhe Krimin e Organizuar, p\u00ebr d\u00ebrgimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes n\u00eb gjyq, n\u00eb ngarkim t\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurve:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1.Safet Gjici,\u00a0me detyr\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e kryerjes s\u00eb vepr\u00ebs penale Kryetar i Bashkis\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, i akuzuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cKorrupsioni pasiv i funksionar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb ose i t\u00eb zgjedhurve vendor\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb parashikuara nga neni 260 i K. Penal, hetuar me mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201carrest n\u00eb burg\u201d, parashikuar nga neni 238 i K.Pr.Penale (ekzekutuar n\u00eb dat\u00eb 24.06.2023).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2.Alma Ka\u00e7i,\u00a0e akuzuar p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale t\u00eb \u201cKorrupsioni aktiv i funksionar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb shtet\u00ebror\u00eb ose i t\u00eb zgjedhurve vendor\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb parashikuar nga neni 245 i K.
