N\u00eb dat\u00eb 15 n\u00ebntor, Agjencia e Mbik\u00ebqyrjes Policore (Rajoni Vlor\u00eb-Gjirokast\u00ebr) ka kryer arrestimin n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb t\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Inspektor D.P., me detyr\u00eb Trup Sh\u00ebrbimi n\u00eb Stacionin e Policis\u00eb Kufitare Borsh. Dit\u00ebn e djeshme, rreth or\u00ebs 18:00 n\u00eb qytetin e Sarand\u00ebs, duke drejtuar automjetin e tij privat, ka humbur kontrollin dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb aksidentuar. Pas kryerjes s\u00eb testit t\u00eb alkoolit, ai rezultoi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb dehur n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 1.1 mg\/l. Nga aksidenti nuk ka patur persona t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Materialet procedurale i kaluan p\u00ebr ndjekje Prokuroris\u00eb pran\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb Par\u00eb e Juridiksionit t\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm Sarand\u00eb p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cDrejtim i automjetit n\u00eb menyr\u00eb t\u00eb parregullt\u201d, njofton AMP.<\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Jan\u00eb konstatuar n\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb nj\u00eb bar-kafe punonj\u00ebsit e policis\u00eb t\u00eb Komisariatit t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Peqin, M.Z. dhe G.T., me funksion Ndihm\u00ebs Specialist t\u00eb Policimit n\u00eb Komunitet duke konsumuar pije alkolike, veshur me uniform\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me rregullat e Etik\u00ebs Policore dhe parashikimet n\u00eb ligjin \u201cP\u00ebr Policin\u00eb e Shtetit\u201d, duke kryer shkelje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb disiplinore.
