K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave ka miratuar n\u00eb mbledhjen e sotme vendimin p\u00ebr hapjen e institucionit arsimor privat parauniversitar t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm t\u00eb ul\u00ebt \u201cEcole Internationale\u201d, ku m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn fr\u00ebnge.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas VKM-s\u00eb s\u00eb publikuar, vendimi vjen n\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb ligjit \u201cP\u00ebr sistemin arsimor parauniversitar n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, me propozim t\u00eb ministrit t\u00eb Arsimit dhe Sportit.<\/span><\/p>\n

VENDIMI P\u00cbR HAPJEN E INSTITUCIONIT ARSIMOR PRIVAT PARAUNIVERSITAR T\u00cb ARSIMIT T\u00cb MES\u00cbM T\u00cb UL\u00cbT \u201cECOLE INTERNATIONALE\u201d,\u00a0\u00a0 KU M\u00cbSIMI ZHVILLOHET N\u00cb GJUH\u00cbN FR\u00cbNGE<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb nenit 100 t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb pik\u00ebs 5, t\u00eb nenit 42, t\u00eb\u00a0 ligjit nr.69\/2012, \u201cP\u00ebr sistemin arsimor parauniversitar n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, t\u00eb ndryshuar, me propozimin e ministrit t\u00eb Arsimit dhe Sportit, K\u00ebshilli i Ministrave<\/span><\/p>\n

V E N D O S I:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.Hapjen e institucionit arsimor privat parauniversitar t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm t\u00eb ul\u00ebt \u201cEcole Internationale\u201d, me koh\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb, i cili ushtron veprimtarin\u00eb arsimore, n\u00eb adres\u00ebn: Rruga Tiran\u00eb-Elbasan, km 5, Lund\u00ebr, Tiran\u00eb, me num\u00ebr pasurie 867\/19. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb institucion arsimor m\u00ebsimi zhvillohet n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn fr\u00ebnge, nd\u00ebrsa l\u00ebnd\u00ebt \u201cGjuh\u00eb shqipe\u201d, \u201cHistori e kombit shqiptar\u201d dhe \u201cGjeografi e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d zhvillohen detyrimisht n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.Ngarkohen Ministria e\u00a0 Arsimit\u00a0 dhe\u00a0 Sportit,\u00a0 Drejtoria\u00a0 e\u00a0 P\u00ebrgjithshme\u00a0 e\u00a0 Arsimit Parauniversitar, Drejtoria Rajonale e Arsimit Parauniversitar, Durr\u00ebs, Zyra Vendore e Arsimit Parauniversitar, Tiran\u00eb, dhe institucioni arsimor privat parauniversitar i arsimit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm t\u00eb ul\u00ebt \u201cEcole Internationale\u201d p\u00ebr zbatimin e k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/span><\/p>\n
