Nj\u00eb audit i Kontrollit t\u00eb Lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shtetit ka zbuluar abuzime financiare n\u00eb shuma t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb lidhura me K\u00ebshillin Drejtues t\u00eb Radio Televizionit Shqiptar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas materialit paraprak, shkelje ligjore jan\u00eb raportuar nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera me kryetarin e k\u00ebtij K\u00ebshilli, Leka Bungo.<\/span><\/p>\n

Auditi ka konstatuar se z.Bungo p\u00ebrdor zyr\u00eb, makin\u00eb dhe shofer, t\u00eb paguara nga institucioni. Por an\u00ebtar\u00ebt apo krer\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillave apo bordeve nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb z\u00ebrat buxhetor\u00eb t\u00eb institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/span><\/p>\n

As ligji, as rregulloret e brendshme nuk parashikojn\u00eb pagesa t\u00eb tilla p\u00ebr k\u00ebto organe.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zyra, makina dhe shoferi i jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb kreut t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Drejtues me nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb ligjit n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn e vakumit t\u00eb krijuar pas arrestimit t\u00eb ish-drejtorit Thoma G\u00ebllci.<\/span><\/p>\n

Shumat e p\u00ebrfituara gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viteve nga k\u00ebto p\u00ebrfitime duhet t\u2019i kthehen shtetit, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb sipas KLSH, materiali do p\u00ebrcillet n\u00eb drejtorin\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb RTSH pasi t\u00eb formulohet zyrtarisht si dhe do referohet m\u00eb pas n\u00eb organet hetimore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Keshillit Drejtues i RTSH zgjidhet nga Kuvendi dhe bashk\u00eb me Drejtorin e P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm dhe Bordin e Administrimit jan\u00eb tre organet drejtuese t\u00eb RTSH-s\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n
