Ai akuzohet se ka ngritur skema piramidale n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar duke mashtruar\u00a0 2156 shtetas ku d\u00ebmi i shkaktuar llogaritet n\u00eb rreth 28 milion\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb operacioneve t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebshme t\u00eb zhvilluara nga FAST Albania, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Interpol Tiran\u00ebn dhe strukturat policore vendore, nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr operacion policor, i koduar \u201cPritja\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb finalizuar fal\u00eb inteligjenc\u00ebs policore dhe shk\u00ebmbimit n\u00eb koh\u00eb reale t\u00eb informacionit.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Si rezultat i operacionit, FAST Albania, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Policin\u00eb Kufitare t\u00eb Rinasit dhe Drejtorin\u00eb Vendore t\u00eb Policis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb af\u00ebrsi t\u00eb aeroportit t\u00eb Rinasit, b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur kapjen dhe arrestimin me q\u00ebllim ekstradimin, t\u00eb shtetasit t\u00eb shpallur n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar: S.<\/em>M., 61 vje\u00e7, pasi Gjykata e Seoulit, Koreja e Jugut, me vendimin e dat\u00ebs 24.10.2022, i ka caktuar mas\u00ebn e siguris\u00eb \u201cArrest n\u00eb burg\u201d, p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cMashtrimi n\u00eb rrethana r\u00ebnduese\u201d, parashikuar nga Kodi Penal i Kores\u00eb s\u00eb Jugut.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Shtetasi S. M., n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me disa shtetas t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ka nd\u00ebrtuar nj\u00eb skem\u00eb piramidale n\u00eb nivele nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, e cila supozohej se shp\u00ebrblente investitor\u00ebt, p\u00ebr blerjen e paketave t\u00eb reklamave dhe rishitjen e tyre tek p\u00ebrdoruesit e rinj.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
