Charles McGonigal u akuzua n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti p\u00ebr akuza, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shkeljen e sanksioneve t\u00eb SHBA-s\u00eb, komplotin dhe pastrimin e parave p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 2021 me oligarkun rus Oleg Deripaska, i cili u sanksionua p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb zgjedhjet presidenciale t\u00eb 2016-\u00ebs n\u00eb SHBA.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn dit\u00eb, McGonigal u akuzua n\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb Uashington p\u00ebr fshehjen e 225,000 dollar\u00ebve q\u00eb dyshohet se kishte marr\u00eb nga nj\u00eb ish-punonj\u00ebs i inteligjenc\u00ebs shqiptare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjyqtarja Jennifer Reardon, e cila po mbik\u00ebqyr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Nju Jorkut, l\u00ebshoi nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn duke treguar se ajo ishte informuar se ai “mund t\u00eb d\u00ebshiroj\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb pranimit t\u00eb faj\u00ebsis\u00eb”.<\/em> Gjykat\u00ebsi vendosi nj\u00eb procedim p\u00ebr pranimin e faj\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr jav\u00ebn e ardhshme, sipas CNN.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb lidhje me \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, jav\u00ebn e kaluar n\u00eb nj\u00eb seanc\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsore n\u00eb Uashington, avokati i McGonigal, Seth DuCharme i tha gjyqtarit q\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyr at\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje se kishte nj\u00eb “shans t\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja do t\u00eb zgjidhej”<\/em> pa pasur nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb gjyq.<\/span><\/p>\n
