Vet\u00eb FSHZH njoftoi se kontrata me objekt \u201c<em>Nd\u00ebrhyrje rigjeneruese ne blloqet e banimit, rigjenerimi i stokut t\u00eb banesave n\u00eb Rajonin 1 dhe 2\u201d me fond limit 575 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fituar nga \u201cDION-AL\u201d <\/em>sh.p.k me nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb 432 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb pa TVSH.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kontrata tjet\u00ebr \u201c<em>Nd\u00ebrhyrje rigjeneruese ne blloqet e banimit, rigjenerimi i stokut t\u00eb banesave n\u00eb Rajonin 3&amp;4 po me fond limit 574 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb pa TVSH \u00ebsht\u00eb fituar nga bashkimi i operator\u00ebve \u201cMODESTE\u201d<\/em> shpk \u201cARKONSTUDIO\u201d me nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb 428 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb procedura e tret\u00eb \u201cNd\u00ebrhyrje p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e shtresave asfaltike, Faza III, 2 Lote Rajonet 1 &amp; 2\u201d me fond limit 570 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fituar nga \u201cBAMI HOLDING\u201d sh.p.k., me nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb 415 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb total fondi limit p\u00ebr procedurat llogaritet n\u00eb 1.7 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb apo 16.3 milion\u00eb euro nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ofertat fituese llogariten n\u00eb 1.27 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb apo 12 milion\u00eb euro. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast ofertat p\u00ebrbejn\u00eb 74 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb fondit limit t\u00eb prokuruar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kompanit\u00eb pas n\u00ebnshkrimit t\u00eb kontratave me fondin do t\u00eb ket\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 24 muaj koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbatuar projektet. Por \u00e7far\u00eb synojn\u00eb k\u00ebto?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Projektet e nd\u00ebrhyrjeve n\u00eb stokun e banesave<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas dokumenteve q\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb procedur\u00ebn, Fondi sqaron se nd\u00ebrhyrjet n\u00eb banesa n\u00eb kat\u00ebr rajone t\u00eb vendit kan\u00eb p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb rehabilitojn\u00eb banesat p\u00ebrmes aplikimit t\u00eb sistemit kapot apo termoizolim p\u00ebr rritjen e eficienc\u00ebs s\u00eb energjis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb rehabilitimin e fasadave, parashikohen gjithashtu nd\u00ebrhyrje, p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar estetik\u00ebn e objektit dhe eliminimin e urave termike si: dritare, davanciale, parapet, ulluqe, kapu\u00e7 parapeti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>\u201cProceset e rehabilitimit urban jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrje me impakt t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb territor. K\u00ebto procese aplikohen n\u00eb zonat urbane t\u00eb cilat karakterizohen nga humbja e funksionalitetit ekzistues, n\u00eb ato zona ku ka munges\u00eb t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs publike dhe mang\u00ebsi n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushjen e standardeve urbane. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, planifikohet realizimi i nd\u00ebrhyrjeve q\u00eb rikonceptojn\u00eb zonat urbane p\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthyer standardet e projektimit t\u00eb cilat bazohen n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien fizike dhe p\u00ebrtej.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em>P\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs s\u00eb komuniteteve q\u00eb popullojn\u00eb zonat urbane shihen t\u00eb nevojshme nd\u00ebrhyrjet q\u00eb kan\u00eb si q\u00ebllim rehabilitimin e blloqeve urbane n\u00eb qytetet kryesore t\u00eb vendit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar nj\u00eb sistem t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin zhvillohet jeta e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb zonave. Nd\u00ebrhyrjet rigjeneruese n\u00eb blloqet e banimit, jan\u00eb ambientet m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme nga banor\u00ebt e zonave p\u00ebr shkak se p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb habitatin n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin zhvillohet jeta e p\u00ebrditshme\u201d<\/em> thuhet n\u00eb sqarimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm t\u00eb projektit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb sa i takon procedur\u00ebs p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrhyrje n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb si dhe asaj t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb shtresave asfaltike sipas relacionit teknik thuhet se kjo ka ardhur si efekt i shqet\u00ebsimit t\u00eb ngritur nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb Vet\u00ebqeverisjes Vendore (NjVV), dhe FSHZH ka b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrjen p\u00ebr evidentimin ne terren dhe projektimin t\u00eb disa prej akseve rrugore, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb me problematik\u00eb p\u00ebr qarkullimin e automjeteve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201c<em>Verifikimi n\u00eb terren do te behet kryesisht p\u00ebr akset rrugore, t\u00eb cilat lidhin zona turistike dhe q\u00eb kan\u00eb potencial p\u00ebr zhvillimin e ekonomis\u00eb, segmente rrugore ne zona urbane, kjo n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje dhe komplementare me programet e zhvillimit lokal dhe rajonal.
