Dhjet\u00ebra gazetar\u00eb kan\u00eb dal\u00eb sot n\u00eb protest\u00eb n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shprehur kund\u00ebrshtimin e tyre ndaj nj\u00eb vendimi t\u00eb autoriteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i cili mund t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb mbylljen e televizionit komb\u00ebtar privat, Klan Kosova.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi konsiderohet i padrejt\u00eb dhe i rreziksh\u00ebm p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e medias n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Protest\u00ebs i \u00ebsht\u00eb bashkuar dhe shoq\u00ebria civile, e cila k\u00ebrkon nga Albin Kurti t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nga ky vendim skandaloz. Nj\u00eb prej gazetar\u00ebve, Pranvera Behluli thot\u00eb se kan\u00eb protestuar p\u00ebr t\u2019i treguar qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs se nuk mund ta mbyllin nj\u00eb media. Slogani i protestuesve ishte \u201cDemokracia vdes n\u00eb err\u00ebsir\u00eb\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSot kemi protestuar me q\u00ebllimin e vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u2019i d\u00ebrguar nj\u00eb sinjal Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs se nuk do mund ta mbyllin nj\u00eb medium n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ngase kjo q\u00eb po ndodh \u00ebsht\u00eb e paprecedent\u00eb q\u00eb nga pas lufta e k\u00ebtej. Mesazhi yn\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i qart\u00eb, s\u2019do mund ta ndalin lirin\u00eb e shprehjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201d,<\/em> tha nj\u00eb gazetare.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00ebshtja e Klan Kosov\u00ebs nisi muajin e kaluar kur Ministria e Industris\u00eb, Nd\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Tregtis\u00eb, ngriti kall\u00ebzim penal ndaj Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Tregtare \u201cKLAN KOSOVA\u201d, me \u201cpretendimin se n\u00eb certifikat\u00ebn biznesit te nd\u00ebrrimi i pronar\u00ebve, figuron Pej\u00eb \u2013 Serbia dhe Gjakov\u00eb \u2013 Serbia\u201d, duke shtuar se \u201cnuk lejohet regjistrimi i nj\u00eb biznesi ku vendbanimi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me parimet themelore t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pasi q\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij dokumenti v\u00ebrtetohet se qyteti i Pej\u00ebs dhe Gjakov\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn administrimin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Ndon\u00ebse kompania tha se ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimet, Komisioni i Ankesave, sipas ministris\u00eb, ka \u201cgjetur p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb vonuara t\u00eb pal\u00ebs p\u00ebr t’i korrigjuar shkeljet e saj nd\u00ebr vite, t\u00eb cilat ende nuk kan\u00eb shkuar deri n\u00eb fund\u201d.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
