Kosova, Mali i Zi dhe entiteti i Republik\u00ebs S\u00ebrpska n\u00eb Bosnje e Hercegovin\u00eb, kan\u00eb mbetur jasht\u00eb granteve q\u00eb Bashkimi Evropian ka miratuar p\u00ebr projektet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Korniz\u00ebs p\u00ebr Investime n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nga k\u00ebto investime p\u00ebrfituan Serbia, Shqip\u00ebria, Maqedonia e Veriut dhe Bosnja e Hercegovina, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht Federata boshnjako-kroate.<\/span><\/p>\n

Korniza Investuese e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt e BE-s\u00eb, institucioneve financiare dhe donator\u00ebve, q\u00eb synon zhvillimin socio-ekonomik dhe t\u00eb perspektiv\u00ebs evropiane t\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vlera e p\u00ebrgjithshme e korniz\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb 2.1 miliard\u00eb euro.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mediat kosovare shkruajn\u00eb se Kosova nuk ka p\u00ebrfituar nga grantet e bllokut evropian, pasi BE-ja n\u00eb fund t\u00eb qershorit vendosi masa nd\u00ebshkuese ndaj Prishtin\u00ebs, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosp\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb Brukselit p\u00ebr shtensionimin e situat\u00ebs n\u00eb veri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. N\u00eb mesin e masave nd\u00ebshkuese \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe pezullimi i t\u00eb gjitha programeve financiare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb shkurt t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se kishte aplikuar edhe p\u00ebr dy grante investuese dhe kat\u00ebr grante t\u00eb asistenc\u00ebs teknike n\u00eb Korniz\u00ebn Investuese, por nuk kishte specifikuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb lidhje me to.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kosova ka p\u00ebrfituar nga ky mekaniz\u00ebm q\u00eb nga viti 2009. Deri m\u00eb 2021, kjo korniz\u00eb ka mb\u00ebshtetur 30 projekte n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb n\u00eb vler\u00eb prej 1.8 miliard eurosh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Projektet p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebve, rehabilitimin e hekurudhave, sistemet e ngrohjes qendrore dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e sistemit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr vitet 2023-2030, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij mekanizimi, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb jan\u00eb parapar\u00eb edhe projekte t\u00eb tjera, si: Autostrada e Paqes Prishtin\u00eb – Nish, rruga hekurudhore Beograd – Prishtin\u00eb, ngrohja diellore p\u00ebr Prishtin\u00ebn, impianti p\u00ebr trajtimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb zeza p\u00ebr Prishtin\u00ebn e t\u00eb tjera.<\/span><\/p>\n

BE-ja ka pezulluar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht pun\u00ebn e t\u00eb gjitha grupeve punuese p\u00ebr MSA-n\u00eb, ftesat p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb takime t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, programimin e fondeve p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato nga IPA dhe nga Korniza Investuese e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
