Kivu Security Tracker tha se incidenti ndodhi n\u00eb territorin e Djugu pas nj\u00eb sulmi nga grupi i milicis\u00eb “Codeco” t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, sipas CNN.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cT\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 46 civil\u00eb u vran\u00eb dhe gjasht\u00eb u plagos\u00ebn t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn m\u00eb 12 qershor n\u00eb kampin e personave t\u00eb zhvendosur #Lala (territori Djugu, #Ituri) pas nj\u00eb inkursioni t\u00eb #CODECO<\/em>\u201d, tha Kivu Security n\u00eb Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kivu Security shtoi se sulmi ishte m\u00eb vdekjeprur\u00ebsi i p\u00ebrjetuar n\u00eb zon\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb vit. Masakra mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb hakmarrje p\u00ebr aktet e dhun\u00ebs nga grupet e tjera t\u00eb armatosura t\u00eb militant\u00ebve, than\u00eb ata.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, misioni paqeruajt\u00ebs i OKB-s\u00eb “Monusco” tha se ata d\u00ebnojn\u00eb n\u00eb termat “m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb” “sulmin e neveritsh\u00ebm”<\/em> q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb kampin e zhvendosjes.<\/span><\/p>\n

“MONUSCO ka p\u00ebrforcuar pranin\u00eb e saj t\u00eb siguris\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00eb, n\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhje me autoritetet provinciale,” tha nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb nga shefi i MONUSCO.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adhuruesit u vran\u00eb pasi bomba shp\u00ebrtheu gjat\u00eb sh\u00ebrbes\u00ebs kishtare t\u00eb DRC<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMisioni nuk do t\u00eb kursej\u00eb asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t’i dh\u00ebn\u00eb fund k\u00ebtyre sulmeve dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar kund\u00ebr mosnd\u00ebshkimit, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me mandatin e tij.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Deklarata shtoi se MONUSCO shpreh ngush\u00ebllimet e saj p\u00ebr familjet e viktimave dhe “uron sh\u00ebrim t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb” p\u00ebr t\u00eb l\u00ebnduarit.<\/span><\/p>\n

MONUSCO u k\u00ebrkoi autoriteteve kongoleze t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtojn\u00eb nj\u00eb hetim dhe t’i nxjerrin autor\u00ebt para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

DRC vazhdon t\u00eb p\u00ebrballet me val\u00ebt e dhun\u00ebs q\u00eb kan\u00eb vazhduar n\u00eb provinc\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb Kivu-s\u00eb veriore, pavar\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb saj t\u00eb armatosura dhe paqeruajt\u00ebsve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kontrolluar at\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qeveria kongoleze gjithashtu d\u00ebnoi sulmin duke siguruar se forcat e saj t\u00eb armatosura “mbeten t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur sigurin\u00eb n\u00eb Ituri”.<\/span><\/p>\n

Grupi aktivist LUCHA thot\u00eb se qeveria nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm n\u00eb mbrojtjen e komuniteteve t\u00eb cenueshme nga sulmet.<\/span><\/p>\n
