Millan Gjokiq dhe Bratisllav Trisiq u d\u00ebnuan me nga tre vjet burgim, nd\u00ebrkaq Zoran Tanasiq, Zharko Millanoviq dhe Mlladen Krajsnik, me nga dy vjet burgim.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ata u gjet\u00ebn fajtor\u00eb p\u00ebr torturim t\u00eb boshnjak\u00ebve n\u00eb zon\u00ebn Bielina n\u00eb verilindje t\u00eb Bosnj\u00ebs nga prilli i vitit 1992 deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb shtatorit t\u00eb vitit 1994, mbi baza politike, komb\u00ebtare, etnike, kulturore dhe fetare.<\/span><\/p>\n

T\u00eb pandehurit u liruan nga akuzat p\u00ebr krime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit, nd\u00ebrkaq tre t\u00eb pandehur t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, Savo M\u00ebrsiq, Millivoje \u00c7obiq dhe Millan Markoviq, u liruan nga t\u00eb gjitha akuzat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjokiq ishte komandant policie n\u00eb Janja nga fundi i vitit 1992 deri n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1993, dhe m\u00eb von\u00eb u b\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebskomandant. Tanasiq, Millanoviq dhe Krajsnik, ishin zyrtar\u00eb policor\u00eb n\u00eb Janja, nd\u00ebrkaq Trisiq ishte zyrtar i Sh\u00ebrbimit Shtet\u00ebror Sekret, p\u00ebrcjell REL.<\/span><\/p>\n

Janja gjendet 10 kilometra n\u00eb jug t\u00eb Bielin\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjyqi ndaj tyre kishte nisur m\u00eb 2016, ku ishin p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe tre t\u00eb pandehur t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, por dy prej tyre vdiq\u00ebn gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb gjykimit, nd\u00ebrkaq autoritetet than\u00eb se i pandehuri i tret\u00eb nuk ishte i aft\u00eb t\u00eb dilte para gjyqit p\u00ebr shkak se ishte i s\u00ebmur\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb Bielina kishte ndodhur nj\u00eb masak\u00ebr n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb prillit t\u00eb vitit 1992 nga paramilitar\u00ebt lokal\u00eb serb\u00eb dhe nga Garda serbe e Vullnetar\u00ebve, nj\u00eb grup paramilitar i udh\u00ebhequr nga Zhelko Raznatoviq, i njohur me nofk\u00ebn Arkan. Deri n\u00eb 80 persona, shumica boshnjak\u00eb, por edhe serb\u00eb etnik\u00eb, t\u00eb dyshuar si \u201ckolaboracionist\u00eb\u201d, u vran\u00eb gjat\u00eb masakr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 100.000 persona u vran\u00eb gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Bosnje, e cila p\u00ebrfundoi pas marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuar nga Shtetet e Bashkuara, q\u00eb ndau shtetin n\u00eb administrata, gjer\u00ebsisht t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb linja etnike mes boshnjak\u00ebve, serb\u00ebve dhe kroat\u00ebve.<\/span><\/p>\n
