Ministri i Jasht\u00ebm i Rusis\u00eb, Sergei Lavrov, tha se situata n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb alarmante dhe se mund t\u00eb provokoj\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr konflikt n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthim i madh po p\u00ebrgatitet n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs – pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vendin ku, n\u00eb vitin 1999, NATO-ja sulmoi Jugosllavin\u00eb, duke shkelur \u00e7do parim t\u00eb imagjinuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb Aktit Final t\u00eb Helsinkit dhe t\u00eb dokumenteve t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb<\/em>\u201d, tha Lavrov gjat\u00eb nj\u00eb vizite n\u00eb Kenia, raporton agjencia shtet\u00ebrore ruse, RIA Novosti.<\/span><\/p>\n
