Avokati tha gjithashtu se nuk ekzistojn\u00eb kushtet e arrestimit n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb pasi Beleri ka qen\u00eb duke darkuar me dy miq t\u00eb tij n\u00eb restorant dhe m\u00eb pas kan\u00eb dal\u00eb jasht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb biseduar kur \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar nga policia.<\/span><\/p>\n
