Qeveria franceze po planifikon t\u00eb rris\u00eb zbatimin e kontrolleve tatimore dhe t\u00eb ashp\u00ebrsoj\u00eb d\u00ebnimet p\u00ebr evazionin fiskal, me nj\u00eb fokus t\u00eb ri n\u00eb luftimin e mashtrimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, sipas ministrit Gabriel Attal.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministri vuri n\u00eb dukje se numri i inspektimeve t\u00eb bizneseve m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb vendit do rritet me 25% deri n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb presidencial t\u00eb Emmanuel Macron n\u00eb 2027.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas Attal, p\u00ebrpjekjet do p\u00ebrqendroheshin n\u00eb \u2018fundin e lart\u00eb t\u00eb spektrit, n\u00eb mashtrimet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, m\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrlikuara, ato q\u00eb shpesh kan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirje nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNe po planifikojm\u00eb t\u00eb shtojm\u00eb presionin mbi super t\u00eb pasurit dhe kompanit\u00eb shum\u00ebkomb\u00ebshe, duke leht\u00ebsuar k\u00ebshtu presionin mbi shtresat e mesme dhe pronar\u00ebt e bizneseve t\u00eb vogla\u201d<\/em>, tha ai p\u00ebr radion France Inter t\u00eb mart\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n

Attal theksoi gjithashtu domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u2018zbutur presionin mbi taksapaguesit e vegj\u00ebl\u2019 duke thjeshtuar sistemin e deklarimit dhe duke vendosur \u2018nj\u00eb heqje automatike t\u00eb penalitetit p\u00ebr gabimin e par\u00eb\u2019. Ai gjithashtu u zotua t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb \u2018nj\u00eb kthim automatik t\u00eb penalitetit\u2019 n\u00eb favor t\u00eb nj\u00eb tatimpaguesi n\u00eb rast t\u00eb nj\u00eb gabimi nga qeveria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Si pjes\u00eb e planit, autoritetet e vendit pritet t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb kontrolle tatimore t\u00eb 100 kompanive m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb burs\u00eb \u00e7do vit. Ministria po planifikon t\u00eb pun\u00ebsoj\u00eb 1500 punonj\u00ebs shtes\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer kontrollet m\u00eb t\u00eb shumta tatimore deri n\u00eb vitin 2027. <\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim i ri i inteligjenc\u00ebs tatimore do ngrihet n\u00ebn Ministrin\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb dhe Financave, me nj\u00ebqind \u2018agjent\u00eb elitar\u00eb\u2019 q\u00eb do pun\u00ebsohen. n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr mashtrimeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha tatimore n\u00eb nivel nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb fundit t\u00eb ofruara nga autoritetet franceze, masat kund\u00ebr mashtrimit tatimor kan\u00eb ndihmuar n\u00eb pretendimin e nj\u00eb kthimi prej 14.6 miliard\u00eb eurosh (pothuajse 16 miliard\u00eb dollar\u00eb) n\u00eb thesar, nj\u00eb rritje prej 8.2% krahasuar me vitin 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false,"gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"html"}]},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
