Ne 30 janar te vitit 2017, ne oren 16: 00 ne zyren e kryeministrit hyne 5 persona. Ata ishin Erion Brace, Ervin Bushati, Alberto Presezzi, Mauro Bianchi dhe Miliad Lopa. Sipas axhendes qe e ka publikuar nje vit me pare Hashtag.al, takimi ka zgjatur gjysme ore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Alberto Presezzi eshte pronar i kompanise Bruno Presezzi spa. Mauro Bianchi eshte drejtori i tij i financave, ndersa Miliad Lopa eshte nje tjeter histori, qe do ndalem me poshte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas 7 muajsh nga takimi me kryeministrin, Alberto Pressezi u be pronar i koncesionit te inceneratorit te Tiranes, bashke me dy ortake te tjere, po italiane. Tani te kthehemi tek Lopa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vitin e kaluar kompania Geogenix, qe ka inceneratorin e Tiranes, fitoi nje kontrate koncesioni thuajse identike per te ndertuar nje incenerator ne Zimbabve. Personi qe nenshkroi kontraten si perfaqesues i kompanise Geogenix ishte Miliad Lopa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Syri tv ka publikuar sot deshmine e forte te nje biznesmeni italian, ish ortak me Alberto Presezzin, qe quhet Gabriele Longinnoti. Sipas tij, njeri nga inceneratoret e sjelle ne Shqiperi eshte cmontuar ne Konstanca te Rumanise nga kompania italiane dhe Bashkia e Konstances i pagoi asaj 75 mije euro vetem qe ta hiqte, pasi inceneratori nuk vlente asnje qindarke.<\/span><\/p>\n

Me pas, biznesmeni italian pretendon se Presezzi ja shiti Shqiperise, inceneratorin per qindra milione euro dhe ne kete transaksion eshte perfshire dhe kryetari i Bashkise se Tiranes Erion Veliaj, ndersa parate u financuan nga Irani.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ketu ka dicka per t\u2019u sqaruar. Ai flet per blerje qindra milione euro pa saktesuar ne deshmi se per cilin incenerator behet fjale. As Elbasani as Fieri nuk kane kushtuar qindra milione euro. Tirana qe mund te kushtoje aq nuk ekziston. Keshtu qe kjo eshte pak e paqarte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tani te khehemi tek Miliad Lopa. Biznesmeni italian thote se Lopa ka qene lavazhier ne Itali dhe ka punuar si shofer i tij. Me pas ortaku i tij, pra Alberto Presezzi e perdori ate si prestanome per te hapur kompanine ne Zimbabve. Ketu deshmia e Longinottit perputhet totalisht me faktet.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tani ka dhe nje fakt qe duhet thene. Dy vjet me pare Longinnoti eshte arrestuar ne Rinas per mashtrim 1 milione euro pikerisht ndaj ortakut te tij Alberto Presezzi. Personi qe ka bere kallezimin ne polici ishte Miliad Lopa si i autorizuar nga kompania Bruno Presezzi spa. A eshte deshmia e Longinnotit nje hakmarrje? Apo eshte e sakte ne cdo fjali?<\/span><\/p>\n

Kete do duhet te na e thote SPAK. Ceshtja e inceneratoreve eshte si nje puzzle i ngaterruar qe nuk mbaron kurre. Por me kete deshmi, minimalisht SPAK ka aktore te tjere qe duhet te therrase per t\u2019i pyetur. Sigurisht, jo kreun e Pasdaranit se ate nuk e kap dot.
