Presidenti i Malit t\u00eb Zi, Millo Gjukanovi\u00e7, ka shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb Parlamentin m\u00eb 16 mars dhe sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, ai tani duhet q\u00eb deri m\u00eb 17 mars t\u00eb njoftoj\u00eb p\u00ebr dat\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb parakohshme parlamentare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vendimi p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e Parlamentit vjen tre dit\u00eb para mbajtjes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve presidenciale, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat garon edhe Gjukanovi\u00e7i.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sipas njoftimit t\u00eb Presidenc\u00ebs, dekreti p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e Parlamentit t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi u n\u00ebnshkrua n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 92, pika 3 e Kushtetut\u00ebs s\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qeveria aktuale e Dritan Abazovi\u00e7it para shtat\u00eb muajsh u rr\u00ebzua nga nj\u00eb mocion mosbesimi. Ekzekutivi u rr\u00ebzua pasi Abazovi\u00e7 n\u00ebnshkroi Marr\u00ebveshjen Baz\u00eb me Kish\u00ebn Ortodokse Serbe n\u00eb gusht t\u00eb vitit 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sot, 90 dit\u00eb pasi jan\u00eb miratuar ndryshimet n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr president, n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb cilave Miograd Llekiq u propozua p\u00ebr mandatar t\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb, ky legjislacion u botua n\u00eb Gazet\u00ebn Zyrtare.<\/span><\/p>\n

Llekiq\u00a0d\u00ebshtoi t\u00eb siguronte mb\u00ebshtetjen\u00a0e 41 nga 81 deputet\u00ebt e Parlamentit dhe t\u00eb formonte Qeverin\u00eb e re brenda afatit t\u00eb caktuar prej 90 dit\u00ebsh.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gjukanovi\u00e7 kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se ndryshimet n\u00eb Ligjin p\u00ebr president ishin kund\u00ebrth\u00ebn\u00ebse dhe k\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e tij ligjor\u00eb e d\u00ebrguan at\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn Kushtetuese p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsim t\u00eb kushtetutshm\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ligji u ndryshua n\u00eb dhjetor nga shumica parlamentare q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga Fronti Demokratik pro-rus, Demokrat\u00ebt, Partia Popullore Socialiste dhe L\u00ebvizja URA.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes ndryshimeve ligjore, shumica parlamentare mori autoritetin kushtetues t\u00eb presidentit t\u00eb shtetit, pasi Gjukanovi\u00e7, p\u00ebr arsye formale, refuzoi q\u00eb t\u00eb mandatonte Llekiqin p\u00ebr formimin e Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zgjedhjet e fundit parlamentare n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi u mbajt\u00ebn m\u00eb 30 gusht t\u00eb vitit 2020.<\/span><\/p>\n

Zgjedhjet e reja q\u00eb do t\u00eb shpallen do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gjashtat q\u00eb Mali i Zi ka mbajtur q\u00eb nga pavar\u00ebsia m\u00eb 2006.<\/span><\/p>\n
