\u00a0N\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn e tij, Kaso i b\u00ebri thirrje organeve ligjzbatuese t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrin hapa konkrete p\u00ebr ndalimin e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb me abuzimet parazgjedhore.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSituata q\u00eb sa vjen e r\u00ebndohet, duke \u00e7uar n\u00eb faliment total Bashkin\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb, zanafill\u00ebn e ka n\u00eb vitin 2020, me rrug\u00ebt pa rrug\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebrguarit t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs n\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb, Rexh Byberi. P\u00ebr shembull: 1. Rikonstruksion i pes\u00eb segmenteve rrugore rurale, me fond limit 3.56 milion euro, parashikuar p\u00ebr t\u2019u likujduar brenda vitit 2023, ka ende t\u00eb pashlyera 1.83 milion euro.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Rikualifikimi Urban te Lagjia Partizani, me vler\u00eb 560.000 euro, ka t\u00eb pashlyer 504.000 euro. -Detyrimet e pashlyera p\u00ebr energjin\u00eb elektrike, sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nga OSHEE, nga Janari 2020-Janar 2023: 505.000 euro. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

-Detyrime n\u00eb investime t\u00eb trash\u00ebguara nga viti 2020-2023: 2.340.000 euro.<\/em>-Detyrimet nga vendimet gjyq\u00ebsore t\u00eb humbura nga bashkia Tropoj\u00eb ndaj punonj\u00ebsve t\u00eb larguar padrejt\u00ebsisht nga puna kapin vler\u00ebn mbi 170.000 euro.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

-Detyrime n\u00eb investime t\u00eb vitit 2019, p\u00ebr 4 segmente rrugore, si dhe pjesa e bashk\u00ebfinancimit p\u00ebr objektet shkollore jan\u00eb 600.000 euro, por nuk jan\u00eb likujduar nga Bashka me arsyetimin \u201cse ato nuk i kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb ne\u201d,<\/em> tha Kaso.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kaso tha se ky detyrim ka tejkaluar mbi 1.5 her\u00eb buxhetin total q\u00eb i akordohet bashkis\u00eb nga qeveria qendrore n\u00eb vit.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bashki e fundosur n\u00eb borxhe, evidentuar edhe n\u00eb raportin mbi statusin e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb financiare t\u00eb nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjes vendore, publikuar nga Ministria e Financave.
