Kryeministri i Kosov\u00ebs, Albin Kurti, akuzoi presidentin e Serbis\u00eb, Aleksand\u00ebr Vu\u00e7i\u00e7, p\u00ebr shkelje t\u00eb propozimit evropian p\u00ebr normalizimin e raporteve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kurti tha se deklaratat e Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it, t\u00eb b\u00ebra m\u00eb 28 shkurt se Serbia nuk do t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsohet n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara, p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb nenit 4 t\u00eb propozimit evropian, q\u00eb pal\u00ebt e pranuan gjat\u00eb rundit t\u00eb dialogut t\u00eb mbajtur t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cMbr\u00ebm\u00eb, presidenti i Serbis\u00eb u zotua se do t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara. Kjo do p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte shkelje t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb nenit 4 t\u00eb propozimit t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian. Normalizimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve \u00ebsht\u00eb i mundur vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt negociojn\u00eb n\u00eb mir\u00ebbesim. Serbia duket se ka zgjedhur t\u00eb mos e b\u00ebj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb<\/em>\u201d, shkroi Kurti n\u00eb Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Propozimi evropian p\u00ebr normalizim t\u00eb raporteve p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 11 nene. N\u00eb nenin 4, t\u00eb cilit i referohet Kurti, thuhet se \u201cSerbia nuk do ta kund\u00ebrshtoj\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb asnj\u00eb organizat\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c…un\u00eb nuk dua dhe nuk mund t\u00eb bisedoj p\u00ebr njohjen reciproke, njohjen dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Kombet e Bashkuara\u201d,<\/em> deklaroi Vu\u00e7iq p\u00ebr televizionin publik serb, RTS m\u00eb 28 shkurt.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas takimit t\u00eb Brukselit, Kurti deklaroi se ishte i gatsh\u00ebm ta n\u00ebnshkruante propozimin, por pala serbe nuk shprehu gatishm\u00ebri.<\/span><\/p>\n

Propozimi evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se synon q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb pal\u00ebt drejt nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshjeje gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse p\u00ebr normalizimin e raporteve mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Serbis\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

N\u00eb propozimin evropian nuk p\u00ebrmendet decidivisht njohja e nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb nenin dy t\u00eb propozimit thuhet se pal\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb, sovranitetin dhe integritetin territorial t\u00eb nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kosova dhe Serbia q\u00eb nga viti 2011 zhvillojn\u00eb negociata p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur normalizimin e plot\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, pal\u00ebt kan\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb ndryshme sa i p\u00ebrket marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebrfundimtare.
