N\u00eb krahasim me nj\u00eb vit m\u00eb par\u00eb, ky tregues u rrit me rreth 10%, nd\u00ebrsa ka sh\u00ebnuar nivelin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb historik, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn q\u00eb nga viti 2005, kur INSTAT i raporton t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat \u00eb detajuara sipas qarqeve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rekordi u sh\u00ebnua n\u00eb tremujorin e par\u00eb 2022, kur u dhan\u00eb leje p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 800 mij\u00eb metrash katror, duke u p\u00ebrgjysmuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dytin (388 mij\u00eb m2) dhe duke u reduktuar ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb t\u00eb tretin (272 mij\u00eb m2). N\u00eb tremujorin e kat\u00ebr, sip\u00ebrfaqja e dh\u00ebn\u00eb u rrit s\u00ebrish dhe arriti n\u00eb rreth 350 mij\u00eb metra katror.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">N\u00eb total, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb vitin 2022 u dha rreth 68% e totalit t\u00eb lejeve q\u00eb jepen n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin. N\u00eb vler\u00eb, nd\u00ebrtimet n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb vler\u00ebsohen nga INSTAT rreth 63 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb, ose rreth 540 milion\u00eb euro (Vlera e p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt e lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit miratuar p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesa dhe punime inxhinierike).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sipas INSTAT, vitit 2022, sip\u00ebrfaqja e lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit miratuar p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesa t\u00eb reja n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vendin \u00ebsht\u00eb 2.667.497 m2, nga 2.316.709 m2 miratuar n\u00eb vitin 2021, duke sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rritje prej 15,1%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vlera e p\u00ebraf\u00ebrt e lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit miratuar p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtesa dhe punime inxhinierike \u00ebsht\u00eb 113 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2022, nga 99.2 miliard\u00eb lek\u00eb miratuar gjat\u00eb vitit 2021, duke sh\u00ebnuar nj\u00eb rritje prej 14%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Vrulli pritet t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Vitet e fundit, z\u00ebri kryesor i t\u00eb ardhurave t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cTaksa e ndikimit n\u00eb infrastruktur\u00eb nga nd\u00ebrtimet e reja\u201d, t\u00eb cil\u00ebs i n\u00ebnshtrohen t\u00eb gjitha subjektet, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb pajisen me leje zhvillimore dhe leje nd\u00ebrtimi p\u00ebr objekte banimi, administrative, prodhimi, sh\u00ebrbimi e tjera.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Nga dh\u00ebnia e lejeve t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit bashkia ark\u00ebton rreth nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn e t\u00eb ardhurave q\u00eb ajo mbledh n\u00eb total nga taksat dhe tarifat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bazuar n\u00eb projektbuxhetin e bashkis\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin 2013, ky vrull pritet t\u00eb vijoj\u00eb.
