Student\u00ebt e Universitetit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs \u201cHasan Prishtina\u201d dhe qytetar\u00eb kan\u00eb organizuar nj\u00eb marsh n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb kund\u00ebr themelimit t\u00eb Asociacionit t\u00eb komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe, sipas REL.<\/a><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Me slogane si \u201cAsociacioni nuk kalon\u201d, \u201cS\u2019pranoj Asociacion q\u00eb na bosnj\u00ebzon\u201d, \u201cBashk\u00eb kund\u00ebr Asociacionit\u201d, “Kosova Republik\u00eb, s’ka Zajednic\u00eb [Asociacion]” dhe t\u00eb ngjashme, student\u00ebt, n\u00ebn organizimin e Parlamentit t\u00eb Student\u00ebve t\u00eb UP-s\u00eb, nis\u00ebn marshin e tyre nga Biblioteka Komb\u00ebtare dhe u ndal\u00ebn para nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs s\u00eb Qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Organizator\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij marshi argumentuan se themelimi i asociacioneve nj\u00ebetnike n\u00eb vendet e rajonit ka krijuar “shtet brenda shtetit”. Ata than\u00eb se nj\u00eb asociacion i till\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb avanconte t\u00eb drejtat e komunitetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por “do t’i instrumentalizonte” serb\u00ebt q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cNe nuk pranojm\u00eb Asociacionin e komunave me shumic\u00eb serbe q\u00eb cenon drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb paqen, sovranitetin dhe integritetin territorial t\u00eb vendit\u201d,<\/em> tha nj\u00ebra prej studenteve.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrkaq, nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb heronjve dhe d\u00ebshmor\u00ebve t\u00eb kombit, tha se Serbia, p\u00ebrmes Asociacionit, synon t\u00eb destabilizoj\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cSynimi i Serbis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb nj\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb themelohet Asociacioni p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur m\u00eb leht\u00eb deri te ndarja e veriut t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs<\/em>\u201d, tha ai.<\/span><\/p>\n

Kosova dhe Serbia kan\u00eb arritur dy marr\u00ebveshje \u2013 n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb dialogut t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebsuar nga Bashkimi Evropian \u2013 p\u00ebr themelimin e Asociacionit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Megjithat\u00eb, marr\u00ebveshja e vitit 2015, mbi parimet p\u00ebr themelimin e Asociacionit, sipas Gjykat\u00ebs Kushtetuese t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb harmoni t\u00eb plot\u00eb me aktin m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb juridik t\u00eb shtetit. Por, Kushtetuesja ka argumentuar se pikat mund t\u00eb harmonizohen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Qeveria e Kosov\u00ebs, e udh\u00ebhequr nga Albin Kurti, e kund\u00ebrshton formimin e nj\u00eb asociacioni nj\u00ebetnik. Serbia k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb Asociacioni t\u00eb ket\u00eb kompetenca ekzekutive, q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtohet nga Kosova.<\/span><\/p>\n
