Por pas denoncimit n\u00eb Fiks Fare, Policia e Shtetit me operacionin e koduar \u201cMjedisi\u201d ka vendosur t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb administrator\u00ebt e guroreve q\u00eb ushtronin aktivitetin e tyre n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb t\u00eb mbrojtur duke i proceduar penalisht. Ata jan\u00eb Vesel Kulla, Xhevdet Seferi, Xhevahir Karaj, Qamil Babasi, Flavio Babasi, Besnik Babasi, Durim Priska. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb 34-vje\u00e7ari i identifikuar si Durim Priska \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar nga policia pasi nxirrte inerte n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e mbrojtur Krast\u00eb-Verjon.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr kompanit\u00eb \u201cLoti\u201d, \u201cKegli \u2013 Duri, Kastrioti, \u201cSalillari\u201d, \u201cPriska\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur gjob\u00eb 300.000 dhe pezullim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb aktivitetit. Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Mjedisit ka propozuar dhe revokimin e lejes mjedisore.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ministria e Turizmit dhe Mjedisit ka vendosur revokimin e lejes mjedisore dhe gjoba nga 300 mij\u00eb deri n\u00eb 500 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb p\u00ebr subjektet \u201cVega\u201d \u201cXhulio\u201d, \u201cSantara\u201d \u201cMakareshi\u201d, \u201cBabasi-COO\u201d, \u201cG.P. A Konstruction\u201d dhe \u201cFrenki\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

M\u00eb her\u00ebt, gjithashtu nga kontrolli i ushtruar n\u00eb territor, \u00ebsht\u00eb arrestuar n\u00eb flagranc\u00eb administratori i nj\u00eb guroreje q\u00eb nuk dispononte asnj\u00eb dokument. 6 administrator\u00ebt e\u00a0 guroreve u gjet\u00ebn me munges\u00eb dokumentacioni, si dhe akuzohen p\u00ebr ndotje ajri dhe shp\u00ebrdorim toke. Materialet iu kaluan p\u00ebr hetim t\u00eb m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm Prokuroris\u00eb s\u00eb Kruj\u00ebs p\u00ebr veprat penale: \u201cShp\u00ebrdorim i Tok\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cNdotja e ajrit, ujrave dhe tok\u00ebs\u201d, \u201cPrerja e paligjshme e pyjeve, si dhe \u201c Transporti i mbetjeve toksike. \u201c<\/span><\/p>\n

Por k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimi i k\u00ebsaj zone nuk jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm guroret, por edhe furrat e g\u00eblqeres, zjarri i t\u00eb cilave ndizet me gomat e makinave.<\/span><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 guror\u00ebve dhe gropave t\u00eb g\u00eblqeres, k\u00ebto aktivitete t\u00eb paligjshme zon\u00eb e mbrotjur gjithashtu e kan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar zon\u00ebn e mbrotjtur n\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb mbetjesh urbane.<\/span><\/p>\n
